If I could give this place a no star review, I would. There is no professionalism at all. They are rude and they don't even care about you as a patient. Here's the kicker, I NEED my wisdom teeth removed. And they are hurting and it's messing with my teeth. She was discouraging about doing that and didn't recommend it. So, time goes on and my teeth are hurting. They said they would refer me to an oral surgeon, that was 4 months ago. I have heard nothing. Nothing at all. Seriously, not a phone call. As time goes on my teeth still hurt. So, I decide to try to call them again on Friday, 4/12/2019. I called 10 times. No answer. Wasn't even during lunch hours. So then I call 3 other numbers, and yet again. No. Answer. They don't care about you. Flat out. If they did, and they realized that I had called over and over you'd think they'd be calling saying sorry we didn't answer, and such. They didn't. I'm so furious and mad. Literally fuming. Do not. I repeat, DO NOT. go here. Ever. I don't recommend them. Licenses should be pulled, and they should be fined for negligence.

Was even informed that they don’t even allow parents back with children which is BS..... Will not ever be taking my husband myself or my children here again. Worst dental place iv ever seen. Front desk Insanely rude, and major attitudes over simple questions. If I could give a zero star rating I would I do not recommend this nightmare of a place to anyone.

I went in on a Friday to have a couple of teeth extracted. I was already nervous about the time (3:30pm), and day beings if I hsd issues afterwards I would have to wait until Monday until I was able to see someone. I should have trusted my instincts. During the extraction the hygienist seen the dentist was having difficulty and asked if he'd like her to get some scissors. He responded with "No, I'm doing this the hard way." WHAT? !? After several minutes he finally agrees with much insisting by the hygienist. When I left I was given a prescription to help with the pain I would be feeling later. ONG! Not only did the dr. Forget to put a quantity, he prescribed me a medication on my allergy list. Needless to say I was in so much pain all weekend not to mention sleep deprived, I was unable to go to work. I called first thing Monday to let them know what had happened. I was treated with ZERO compassion. This place used to be a decent dentist office. Not any more. I have been going there for 20 years. NOT ANYMORE! I am appalled at how incompetent the dentist was and do not recommend this place to anybody unless you enjoy pain and suffering. By the way the hygienist Kim was great. I don't want her to be compared to the rest of the YAHOO'S!

This is Carrie Alfaro here, the ladies up front were great.. worst experience ever. Not only was the hygienist snotty and very snarky. But the male dentist was very rude, and pushy made me feel horrible. I left in tears. I will never go back.

So let me start off with saying i have anxiety about the dentist and when I made the appointment i took the time to explain how I feel. The lady that set my appointment assured me that they do their best to make there Paitents comfortable. When I get there all ready scared, they tell me my wife can't go back in the room with me. I'm in tears and all the ladys there are rude. I had to leave an they did not even care. Don't go to this place at all.

The staff at Gentle dental are absolutely wonderful.I went in for an emergency and they were very patient w me knowing I have anxiety w the dentist.They were considerate of my feelings and were very quick and efficient w the procedure.I believe these folks genuinely care.

I am new to the area and I will say just calling and talking to the receptionist who kept cutting me off and then hung up on me. They don’t see children under 13 and are completely rude. I do not recommend.

I will say don't go over there ever . I had no pain in my two teeth and they said u need filling of these .I said ok do that .I had flight after 5 days to India . I don't know what the doctor did .I was in worse pain after that filling .I called them two times then they said they don't have any doctor available. They said take Aleve nothing else . I went on that long flight with worse n worse pain .if u like pain then go over there bcoz they will provide u doctor according to their schedule not for ur need n pain

I went in for an annual appointment. As always the staff was incredible. Professional, kind, and most importantly honest. Appointment was quick and thorough. I will always come back to this office.
