We loved DR. Karl my girls felt comfortable with him we would sit in the room with our girls when they had cleannings done and if needed filling done, NOW HE IS GONE AND THEY CHANGED THE POLICY DR, VICTORIA DOSE NOT WANT PARENTS INTHE ROOM AT ALL WITH THE KIDS, I LIVE IN CRESCENT CITY WE DROVE ALL THE WAY TO MEDFORD FOR MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE 3 FILLING DONE AND A TOOTH PULLED SHE DID NOT WANT US TO SIT IN THE ROOM WITH OUR DAUGHTER. HOWEVER I TOLD HER I WAS SITTING IN THE ROOM WITH HER, VICTORAIA DID NOT I REPEAT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH STRENGTH TO PULL MY DAUGHTERS TOOTH OUT SHE HAD TO SET HER TOOL DOWN TO REST BEFORE TRYING AT IT AGAIN. MY DAUGHTER FELT EVRYTHING. WE NOLONGER GO THERE
