I give the one star for Ben, the hygienist. He is the only redeeming quality at this place. Over-estimating, unprofessional, and seems slightly shady. Dr. Sundberg had a hygienists employee review while over my mouth, gossiped about other clients, had me on a $1500 dental plan that I later found out was unnecessary, and had horrible communication when it came to what was happening and how pushy they were with what needed to be done. Never again!

Dr. Sundberg found more than $5,000 dollars’ worth of "problems" with my wife and my teeth. We brush and floss twice a day and are in our 30's. We've had a few cavities over our lives but both have solid oral hygiene. The two dentists' offices I have gone to prior to Sundberg in Minnesota and Wisconsin and the office I now go to in Oregon have not found the same problems with our teeth.
The oral surgeon Dr. Sundberg said I needed to visit was not in my Principal provider network. When I decided to leave and asked for my dental records Dr. Sundberg's office tried to charge me. When I complained they told me their charge was justified because they know of others that charge even more.
Unless you want to have thousands of dollars in unnecessary dental work done on your teeth, get relentless "you're due for a check-up" text messages, and contribute to providers that increase everyone's health care costs, I recommend finding another dentist.

I went for years to Dr. Sundberg but she has retired. I had a crown come loose and came in to have it fixed. Dr. Seo, who has taken over for Dr. Sundberg, has been great. The staff, as well.
