I have been afraid of dentists for years. I finally decided it was time to take care of my dental issues. Everyone here is simply amazing. Their kindness and thoroughness is more than the five stars I can give them. Cameo, the dental hygienist was kind and caring and funny. She is a true professional. CeCe the front desk gal explained everything to me and was also so nice and kind and the dr was amazing. I have a long journey but I know I am in good hands. I cannot recommend NE Dental Associates enough!

Such a great dental office! Our daughter is VERY reluctant about getting her teeth cleaned. But Cameo and the rest of the team made her feel welcome and at ease. She had a successful cleaning and left feeling good about the dentist. They also offer affordable plans and have a nice, clean space.

Such a friendly staff, very supportive and helpful. I appreciate that they offer a monthly plan if you do not have dental insurance, this could save you! I felt very comfortable and not pressured in to anything. Dr. Ortiz is highly experienced and I trust him and his awesome hygienists completely, especially Sheri, she is the sweetest!

I have to be honest, I hate the dentist's office. Whether it has been my past experiences with being guilt tripped by dental assistants or being painfully drilled to pieces with inadequate anesthesiology, I just hate going to the dentist...and I made that my excuse for over 8 years. So my teeth got hammered from age, gummi bears, and the amount of coffee shops in walking distance. Luckily Dr. Carlson and his team were the crew I picked to fix me up. Everyone explained procedures and plans perfectly well and the whole process was relatively painless. Cece (or Cici) at the front desk worked with me with my payments and insurance so that I felt financially comfortable as well. I can't recommend them enough and if you want to dilute your dentist fears and start on a new journey with having some dope perty chompers, go with Carlson and his team.
I also never write reviews cuz I own a restaurant and I think they are useless, so I suppose I've changed in that way as well. They deserve 6 stars out of 5.

To say the doctors and staff here are amazing is an understatement. I, like a lot of people dread going to the dentist but this was seriously the best experience I’ve ever had! The receptionist were super sweet and got me in right away since I needed to be seen quickly and the doctor was so very gentle and kind!

Dr. Ortiz is the best! He's a real person and is easy to be around. As he works on my teeth, he asks if I'm OK. He's a perfectionist and so his skills are top notch too. His hygienist Jeanie is a lovely person and has taught me a lot. The people who work in his office are wonderful and always make being there a pleasant experience. I like them so much that I bought them a box of See's Nuts and Chews!

This clinic gets you scheduled quickly and all of the dentists and assistants are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I came in because of some tooth pain approx a week after I called (they got me in fast) and the dentist explained the cause of the issue clearly and succinctly. I highly recommend this office!
