I am beyond grateful for this place. My partner hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years so I made him an appointment. He'd been having some bad breath. I checked around to a lot of different places before this and I settled on this one because of the positive reviews. They did not disappoint, my partner had a great dental appointment. They even discovered four cavities and did a deep cleaning for their new customer, basic cleaning price. He had a ton of plaque build up on his teeth. He got back with a gorgeous smile. I've never seen it so white. They also gave him resources for affordable dental insurance to fill his cavities. Couldn't recommend them more! I'll start going here too!

This is by far the best dentist and dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Tae and the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. For me, dental work is quite nerve racking, Dr. Tae immediately put me at ease unlike any other dentist I’ve seen. He treats his patients and staff with the utmost respect and kindness (and has a great sense of humor too!).

I came initially a few months ago with a painful emergency after a quick google search, Dr. Tae was able to see me the same day, and got me out of pain completely. I keep returning because these are absolutely the best dental experiences I’ve had, anywhere.

If you’ve been putting off dental work because it’s a little scary- give Rose City a call. I truly wish I would have sooner. It also doesn’t hurt that pricing is more affordable here than other dentists have been for me in the past.

Dr. Tae has been my dental care provider for four years now. Not one single visit has been anything less than superlative! I had an emergency, a filling had broken, and they scheduled me a morning appointment within 12 hours of my phone call. My smile was perfectly fixed in under 30 minutes! The receptionist staff is truly respectful and cordial. The hygienist is one of the most funny, personable ladies I’ve ever visited with, and the dental assistant is genuinely charming and adorable. Dr. Tae has always treated me with humility, constantly checking to make sure I’m not in pain. (I never am.) Not for nothing, but I went there prior to having any dental insurance and paid out of pocket for the first couple years, and they are priced very fairly and affordably in comparison to all others. SO... five stars for professionalism, affordability, and most of all their quality of service.

Dr. John Lee is the nicest, most helpful, straight forward dentist I have ever met. He is backed by a staff of sincere and wonderful people. I was in a horrible spot with 4 broken front teeth and they set me up with an immediate solution as well as a long term plan. Plus I got a discount! Extremely affordable. I am so grateful. I highly recommend Rose City.

Can’t speak on the dental care because unfortunately the incompetence of front desk employees prevented that. I called on August 25th and scheduled an appointment for October 1st. The evening before my appointment I was informed that there was an issue verifying my insurance (even though my information was correct. ) Because I was contacted about this after business hours, there was no way I could contact my insurance to help verify information. There were 25 BUSINESS DAYS between my initial call and the night before my appointment to fix any issues or contact me for additional help. How embarrassing for you all.

Wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Lee and his staff. I am a dental office manager for a dentist that is out of town for CE; I broke a molar that left it super sharp to my tongue and needed to have it addressed asap; upon contacting 4 other office that were either closed or too busy to work me in; Rose City Dental took care of my issue. Although I work for a private dental office; I would not hesitate to send people to Dr. Lee or return myself if needed. 😀👍

I have been a patient at Rose City Dental Care for over 15 years and I am confident in saying that Dr. John Lee and his staff never fail to provide a pleasant experience. The consistency in their wonderful service, skills and patient satisfaction seizes to amaze me every visit. Most importantly, Dr. Lee and his entire staff offer a long-term, trusting relationship through high level patient care and genuine guidance in the patient's overall well-being. I say highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Tae for about 2 years now, and he and his staff have changed my view of dentistry forever. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, like serious anxiety and occasionally panic attacks. I also felt very embarrassed by my lack of dental care and the condition my teeth and gums were in. So I avoided going. For years. And I paid the price.

But Dr. Tae (and my hygienist Susan) has given me a new, healthy smile. He and his staff have really great chair side manner. Everyone has been so kind and compassionate, and at least for me, his work is nearly painless. The office staff is professional, so friendly, and efficient.

I live quite far from Rose City Dental, but I’ll continue to go because it’s the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to.

Dr. Jon Lee is the best dentist around. This place has took extra time and made my son's feel welcome and actually like going to the dentist which is big for us. I have had several experiences with some pediatric dentist that were not very helpful for my son who has had some bad experiences with dentist, Jon Lee has made my son feel save from the start which is great news for us he is very quick and understanding of my son's feelings unlike some other pediatric dentist we have dealt with and they were suppose to be good with kids. The best dentist around I even drive out of my way to his office just to get the service my kids deserve. Would highly recommend them to anyone. He also works with some union members to get better rates for services compared to other dentists.

I've been going to Rose City Dental for nearly 20 years and the service has been amazing since the beginning. John and Tae always take the time to explain the work that needs to be completed and the importance of it (root canal, crown, etc.) to keep the teeth and gums healthy. I know they care about the patients. I highly recommend visiting them!
