Very clean, high tech and welcoming office. I've never had any billing or scheduling issues. Kim is my favorite Hygienist. Dr. Beck did two of my fillings and I had some pain later that day. I called the office and Dr. Beck PERSONALLY called me back shortly there after to address my concern. I recommend all of my friends to South Waterfront!

I wish I could give a higher rating but my experience is mixed. Dr Beck and his staff of technicians are great but the front office person is surely, defensive and rude. They moved recently and I experienced difficulty accessing their new address. It wasn’t in their reminder texts nor on their voicemail message and when I searched Google for Dr. Todd Beck it took me to their old address. When I brought up this problem there was no apology at all. I was informed the address was in their news letter and that it comes up correctly when you search for “South Waterfront Dental”. I was a little surprised that there was little interest in how one of their patients had had difficulty finding them.

I have only the best things to say about this office. I had a considerable amount of dental work that needed to be done and had also just moved to the area; (and I am a scaredy-cat when it came to the dentist); So I was extremely nervous on my first visit. Everyone was warm and welcoming and exceptionally friendly. Dr. Morrow did a fantastic job making me feel at ease, as did his entire staff (Thanks Aimee and Christina!) They truly go out of their way to calm fears and make you feel at home. I needed to come a few more times after that to finish up the work I needed done, and each time was a consistently easy and relaxing visit. They deserve an 11 out of 10 and come highly, highly recommended.
