However, The front desk receptionist could definitely be a bit more pleasant. A kind and respectful front desk receptionist would earn 5 starts.

Take my 3 year old daughter here and everyone is so nice. I did notice a few things like a dental assistant using a dental tool to open a drawer and then setting it on the tray with the other clean/sanitized tools when it should not be put back near the clean tools that are about to go into the mouth.

Without going into detail I'll just say that I went in with with an extensive amount of infection, pain and swelling. Dr. Campbell and her staff were amazing, considerate and kind. They worked on me in between patients and sent me home feeling so grateful I wanted to cry. I still have some very minor residual swelling but it's steadily going down. They are now my go to for dental care!!

Had a scheduled apt. for my son who has a cavity thats causing pain. They couldn't get him in for a week & then we showed up, they said oh, we had to cancel appts because we dont have an assistant. Well thing is EVERYONE has staffing issues, figure it out. The whole thing is ridiculous
