Redmond Dental Group

I called to make an appointment for Will Piland , they got him in On Friday and had the tooth pulled by Saturday. I would recommend Redmond dental group to everyone I know. Very nice people.

Brought my 4 year old here for his first filling. The local pediatric dentist charged an arm and a leg for dental, and Redmond Dental told us they could do the work for us as well. Had my kiddo in and out in under 30 minutes and he was actually excited afterwards! No hassle and he even got a balloon sword.

Wow! Redmond Dental Group is a great office! I absolutley love the staff and both dentist truley care about there patients! I have found my dental home! :)

There is no Better, Max is a Treasure, Been going to him 25 Years now and I can still eat a Good Steak, Fast Service with Great Staff, 5 Stars all the way !

Redmond Dental Group are the best. I would never go any where else to have dental work done. Friendly, and affordable. Love you guys.

Dr. max (the old guy) out of date, rude and not good at his job.
He said he did six 6 fillings but I don't know where..... and he ground on my messed up tooth and didn't fill it just left it right in front 😑 and left black under the fillings....so much pain killer in my face I can't keep my eye open!!! Avoid him

I called to get an emergency apt because my front tooth got knocked out at work. I specifically said I needed an appointment to have a temporary tooth put in because my broken tooth is cutting my lips and tongue so severely that I havnt eaten or drank very much in days. Even water stings and burns my mouth. I am only able to get maybe 1/8 of the amount of food down that my body is used to because the pain is almost unbearable (If I'm lucky) I got to the appointment and it didnt take long before I was in the chair. They got me in so quickly and at first I was very grateful... first they wanted to do x-rays so I fought thru the agonizing pain in my mouth and got the x-rays done. When the dentist came in I expressed to her the degree of pain i was having. She grabbed my lip and pulled it out and I yanked my mouth away and told her again that it was hurting and asked her to be more careful. When I asked her about putting a temporary tooth in she lied and said they didnt do that. I said i have had it done there before about 6 years prior when Dr Higby (the most amazing dentist I have ever been to) was there. She wasnt aware that I had looked up at her and I saw her silently mouth to her assistant "does her insurance cover that" and her assistant shook her head no. Then she said well it's not very strong. I said I dont care I just want my teeth to stop cutting my mouth, if I brake it that's on me, I will be careful and I dont want to look this way. I was unable to hold back my tears at this point then she said there is nothing to attach it to. All she did was make excuses why she wouldn't help me. I had cash to pay for it but she would not even give me the option. Before she walked away I said... what was the point in making an appointment because she didnt address anything that I needed done. Why would I leave work early for her to take x-rays and tell me something I already know? She said because I need to give you antibiotics. I said I dont care about your stupid antibiotics. I need to stop my mouth from being sliced open. Really? She refused to do anything or even offer any suggestions to help me. She wouldn't stop my teeth from cutting my mouth but wanted to medicate it. What good is antibiotics if my mouth is still being ripped apart all day long?Her assistant did impressions for dentures. I left that office in tears and that dentist did absolutely nothing to stop my mouth and tongue from being cut. What good is a dentist that cant do something as simple as temp tooth or even a patch? What good is a dentist that cares so little about their patients that they would let someone leave without helping them. Who Is she that she thinks she can determine whether or not I deserve to get help. When your dentist wont help u because of your insurance, where do you go to get help when your tooth is knocked out and your tongue and lips are being sliced from the jagged pieces left behind. Isnt that what dentist do? Not this lady. She never even offered a solution I could pay out of pocket for. She walked away disregarding my my plea for help. Every day my mouth is getting worse... I can barely drink, eat, or sleep. My lips are swollen from the cuts and rawness and I can see no end to this misery and pain.

I love the staff at the front desk, Dr Max Higbee and I really enjoy my new hygienist Sammi. A big thanks to all of you.
