I was super nervous about going to the Dentist! They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Stephenson is very nice & made me feel at ease:) On numerous accounts I have had to re-schedule appointments for my husband when his work conflicts & they work with his schedule without ever making us feel bad. The receptionist is extremely warm & helpful. It was a very nice experience & I am so happy to have found Rockpoint Dental! I will be telling all of my family & friends about them!

This is the best DDS in America. We have been all over due to military and I have never been more impressed with the entire staff. From reception to the Dental hygienist to the Dr and nurses. We have been with This office for about 6 years now and we're always treated with the utmost respect. The Dr goes above and way beyond than he would have to. My 18 year old son just went in because he had a cracked tooth, he got an emergency appointment right away. They called us to tell us what needed to be done before they did any work. Totally amazing team. You can stop your search and just come here.

Had my cleaning with Rockpoint Dental today & I am in love with this place even more! I met with their hygienist, Cheer, & she was incredibly warm & nice:) She told me that she had to clean a few teeth aggressively but I did not have any pain with her cleaning. She had a gentle touch but was very thorough! My teeth felt squeaky clean & I never knew there were so many tooth polish flavors! I'm still giggling about the flavor "hot chocolate"! They really strive to meet any & all of their patients needs. I don't see how anyone could rate this place anything but 5 stars! My husband agree's with my rating, as he is a patient there as well, & we look forward to all of our future dental care with the amazing team at Rockpoint Dental:)

The Rockpoint location in Redmond is very inviting and comfortable. Deanna at the front is efficient, friendly and thorough. Scheduling is often the first obstacle preventing me from visiting a dentist. She really couldn't have made this much easier for me.
Dr. Stephensen identified the primary reason for my visit within minutes and developed a plan to address it right away. The prep work done before he visited the room was done quickly and with great care.
It is very clear this practice is well run by knowledgeable and skilled professionals. I'm glad to make Rockpoint my dentistry home.

I went to my first dental appointment at Rockpoint this morning and was completely pleased with the staff and service provided. I had my Xrays transferred to Rockpoint from a local competitor that I will not return to. Rockpoint's staff was professional and the cleaning I received was thorough and efficient. The office itself is very comfortable and pleasant inside.I will definitely be recommending this office and practice to family, friends, and co-workers!

I missed Cheer but Sophie was great and I look forward to seeing her again in six months. I would rate the visit a five except the fact that the x-ray equipment damaged my mouth and caused it to bleed last night. There must be someway to remedy this problem and make it more comfortable. (It's a manufacturing/engineering problem.)
