Very disappointed with the office support staff. New to area and wished to Dr Hicks, but never got to meet with her. If you are a new patient be prepared for a comedy of errors and incompetence. Also prepare for a ream of paperwork that could have been mailed to you in advance. I had a great dentist in Bend, but wished to find someone local once my dentist left the practice. Yes, I have very good dental insurance and secondary insurance as well. Poor customer service!!!

I have been going to Advantage in Sisters for several years. The quality of care is not bad, but what I don’t like is the constant rotation of dentists (3rd dentist in about 6 years) so there is no continuity of care. Also, every six months when I go for a cleaning, there is a different receptionist. So, you never feel like you are “known” there.

Dr. Traynor is amazing. Knows her stuff, kind, diligent at solving issues, honest, etc.. Advantage dental is a disaster in so many other ways but I have a feeling this is due to underfunding thanks to regressive politics.

Wouldn't take me in right away and I told them a crown came out, I got a tiny , tiny infection and now they say a root canal or pull the tooth and guess what? It's a beautiful tooth that had the smallest possible filling in it from when I was 15, so salvageable, and yet OHP won't cover this tooths preservation, i wanted to get in same or next day, its a must if you have hole in your face, and the Secretary they used to have was a beautiful doll inside and out, this recent girl never has a smile thats genuine and she's rude, I hate people treating u different because your poor, I have straight., Nice teeth, I'm smiley and kind..feel lonely and scared and mistreated here.
