Extremely rude and pushy staff. Not professional at all. Back story: was told at time of my appointment that there was no co pay and I didn't owe anything for the consultation, mind you this was back in September/October well jump forward to today when Jen calls me to discuss the balance I "supposedly" owe. Jen was super snarky about me not checking my mail when I have 3 jobs and work 7 days a week, checking the mail is not my first priority. I paid my balance because it wasn't worth a fight and it was only 5 dollars but Jen continued to be rude forcing me to end the call, well then Jen saw my review and called me and left a super condescending voicemail. Jen is extremely unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning to this dentist.

All staff was very attentive and friendly. I felt like they took the time to address any concerns I had and explained everything in detail. The x-ray tech was knowledgeable and friendly, hygienist was kind and thorough, and dentist was very personable. Great first impression. No long wait times or insurance billing issues.

Mountain Stream Dental is always a great experience from the moment you enter until you leave. They are very conscious of healthy Covid precautions to assure your safety. Anne, the hygienist, was professional as well as pleasant to work with. My routine 6 months cleaning was the most thorough one I’ve ever had.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They listened to my concerns gave me options, and did what the 4 other offices I went to didn't do, and fixed it! The same day!!!! Amazingly friendly front desk, was greeted like I've been going there for years!. His assist was an total doll, made me feel comfortable, heard what I was saying and reassured me I was in good hands. The doctor did such a good job I wanted to cry when I saw my new smile, he nailed it 100%. I wish I would have found Mountain Stream Dental sooner best overall experience with astonishing results. Do yourself a favor and give them a call you won't regret it.

I get a cleaning every three months, have tried a few offices in Eugene/Springfield and this is the best in all areas. It's very clean, very professional and very honest. From the friendly greeting at the front desk and throughout the entire office and staff, everyone is very personable and truly cares about their work environment and patients. The dental hygienists are excellent. I highly recommend Mountain Stream Dental.

I thought I had a cracked tooth but it turned out to be a jagged filling . Dr. T and the entire staff were wonderful. I especially appreciate Jen at the front desk and Amber. I highly recommend this office. Extremely clean and professional as well as just plain nice energy. And I ONLY will let Emily Rose Miller clean my teeth! I have followed her career since its inception. She is amazing! I love going to the dentist!

I cannot recall feeling so comfortable in a dentist office. The vibe is always warm and welcoming. These folks there have a wonderful comradery. Their work is superlative. If you're lucky you might hear the Doc hum softly while he works. Thanks, again everyone.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had at the dentist office. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very concerned about keeping things clean. We will be back again.
Had one of my old crowns break a few weeks ago. Was able to get in quickly to evaluate the situation. Dr. Torgeson determined that I need a new crown and root canal prep. Left the decision up to me. He replaced the old crown and we scheduled an appointment for the procedure. Dr. Toregson and Suzie did a great job with the procedure. Everything they did was explained to me in a way I could fully understand. Looking forward to getting my permanent crown in a few weeks. Jen worked with me on getting all the billing completed. Will tell friends and family of our very positive experiences with this office.
