My experience at Columbia Dental:
I liked when I had an appointment that they texted me to remind me that my appointment was coming up. I appreciate this more than an appointment that MCMC reminds a person of by putting the appointment on “My Chart”. Because I look at my text messages, I believe other places should text a reminder of the persons appointment.
I had an implant done, and both the Dr.’s who had a part in it where very considerate.
They answered the questions that I had and explained the answers to where I would be able to understand it.
To me this shows they treat you as a person.
I myself do not handle pain very well when it comes to my mouth and teeth. They both made sure that I was made numb enough to not feel it when they worked on my mouth and tooth. If I did feel any pain, they would both numb it even more.
The dental assistant was very considerate that helped the Dr.’s. When she ex-rayed my mouth she was considerate in having the right one that would fit in my mouth. Because I have trouble with having them fit in my mouth.
Both Dr. and Assistant have casual conversation with me while working on my mouth and teeth.
They are very considerate of their patient.
The secretary is very considerate and nice too.
She explains the bill to a person very nicely.
I would recommend Columbia Dental.

Fast, friendly and great service! Front desk was positive, informative and an absolute delight. Dental assistant was knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Feller was wonderful, answered all my questions and address my concerns with the utmost kindness and patients. Dental Hygenist gave me one of the best cleanings I ever had, super nice and very efficient! Over all great experience!
