Dr. Lam is amazing! I moved about an hour away for work but I make the choice to drive to Tigard so I could keep her as my dentist. Everyone on the team is so lovely and I feel comfortable coming to get my teeth looked at. :)

I love this place so much. They make me feel like a VIP every time I go. Everyone is so kind and patient and my gum health has never been better. Dare I say, going to the dentist is FUN at this place! Shout out to Ali at the front desk for being the bomb diggity!

I went in to get information that my oncologist requested so I could have a cancer treatment. I repeatedly asked if all the procedures were being done were necessary to provide the information to the Oncologist. I do not feel most of the procedures were necessary. I have tried to contact the practice and my wife has called. They refuse to communicate. This tells me that I am correct and they added a lot of unnecessary procedures to pad the bill.
We spoke. However, you did not fill in the simple form the Oncologist needed. You did not answer ANY of the questions NOR put the date of service. That makes the form useless to Oncologist. Yet, you feel it is okay to charge me almost $1,000 and cannot fillout the form I need for my cancer treatment. That was the whole purpose of the visit. You were focused on having procedures done to me and not making sure the form was filled out correctly. I put my trust in you to do only those procedures necessary for an honest set of answers for the form. I have another Dentist that will do the proper dental visit for under $170.(since I need the questions answered and I am not going to answer the questions myself; since I am not a dentist)

They are so nice and gentle. The doctor was very sweet and not judgmental with me since I have not been to a dentist is 6 plus years.

Amazing staff and care. Drive almost an hour for my appointments just because of how amazing this dental clinic is. Dr Kaur and her team are the best!

I hadn't seen a dentist in several years, and I wish I'd have scheduled an appointment here so much sooner, I'm kicking myself.

Last time I saw a dentist they had commented that my gums were receding, but it was left at that - a comment, no solution. After several years that of course progressed. During this new exam, Dr. Kaur of course noticed it, but then immediately proceeded to explain what was the problem was, what would need to be done and what that would involve (a laser treatment). Unprompted, she also inquired about an old root canal I have from back in the 90's, and casually mentioned options (far superior ones, at that) which had never been presented to me before. She also spotted several additional things needing work, showing me everything in the x-rays. She did it all with such ease, it was clear that she really knows her stuff!

They put together everything that was needed to contact my insurance and ran the options and $ figures by me, I selected the options I wanted, and we began the first half of the treatment all in the same session. I wound up being there for 3 hours which I definitely hadn't expected, but it was so nice to get so much done in one go rather than have to go back numerous times.

This is perhaps less dependent on the process and more on my own physiology, but I have to mention it anyways: Due to other work being needed, Dr. Kaur only did the laser treatment around the teeth on the right half of my mouth (left half will be done with other work in a second session, as it all requires numbing). The gum recession had been pretty symmetrical, but the difference I can see between the two sides now, only a little over 24 hours later, is absolutely shocking. Not only are my gums a healthier color already, the degree to which they sit higher and more snugly around my teeth is kind of unbelievable - it's like they were never receding at all. I can't wait to have the other half done!

I would be remiss if I didn't also mention another thing I noticed and very much appreciated - they are very liberal with their use of the suction tube - you're never drowning in saliva or water (which I always felt was one of the most irritating things about having dental work done). I think this was also the least amount of the gritty polish goop I've ever wound up eating, as they effectively rinsed it all off and suctioned it up before it wound up going down my throat.

Overall, it was a great experience - so much so that I might actually stop waiting years between visits going forward.

Rachel and Dr. Lam are great to take care of the patients. Been at this dental office for 4 years! You can trust!
