Very professional and efficient group. Lindsay did a thorough job and was very pleasant. The 2 ladies at checkout were very pleasant and courteous. They went out of their way to check my insurance coverage.

My mother( 95 yrs old) has a hard time describing her tooth pain. Dr Carter was very patient and explained why he needed an X-ray and what she should do. This was a first time visit.

I've been to many dentists over the years (never found one I really had a great/comfortable experience with) and Noll Family Dentistry has hands down been my best experience.
The dental hygienist was incredibly receptive to my concerns and questions and was very focused on helping me identify possible causes/solutions/changes to help address the issues. She also made me feel so comfortable by asking me questions about my little one and sharing fun stories about her family. The dentist I saw, Dr. Caster, was fantastic as well. He actually took the time to sit down and talk to me, answer my questions, and gave me great input and information. He made me feel comfortable and just had great bedside manner overall - it felt like I was talking to an equal or peer rather than someone who didn't have time to address my concerns/had to hurry off to his next patient. They were very thorough overall with the care and I am excited to continue going there for regular cleanings, checkups, and care.

I am a new patient with Noll Family Dentistry having just moved into the area in November. Prior to my first scheduled appointment I cracked a tooth. I called Noll the next morning and explained my predicament and was able to be seen by the dentist within the hour. Needless to say I am thankful for their going that extra mile to help me out
