Cumberland Valley Dental Care

Very inexperienced with working with children the whole time I was there they just wanted to refer my son to other dentist out of network and considerably further away from where we live. They forgot to send X-rays to the oral surgeon they sent us to and their office closed early the day of the appointment with the surgeon. Luckily I had taken him to another office that did X-rays so they were able to send over within minutes. Seems like most dentist these days don't have the patience or want to take the time to make kids comfortable with the dentist office they would rather just knock them out and put them to sleep to make their job easier. Very unhappy with this office in particular Dr. Colleen I will never come back to this office or refer anyone I know. They also forgot to have me sign a release form to send X-rays to another dentist they referred him to today so I had to come back into their office to make sure they are sent because based on the last experience I could not trust them with their word. Reconsider before choosing this dentist if you have young children and don't want a run around. The one hygienist suggested we try again when my son calmed down and maybe to have dad go instead the next time but then Dr Colleen refused to give him a second opportunity. Very very disappointed. Seems they have no concern for a child's health.

Amazing experience!!!! Today I visited CVDC after avoiding the dentist for over 10 years, YIKES!! I was traumatized years ago after an extraction and have had major anxiety. I was incredibly scared and anxious when scheduling my visit. Diane took my call and was incredibly accomodating and helpful with all my questions regarding my insurance, required paper work and was able to get me in the next day. Bridged worked on me when came for my visit. I explained my anxiety and she took it very serious. She was so kind and comforting. She explained everything that was going to happen and assured me that my teeth were strong and "not going to be ripped out." That is a major fear of mine for some reason! She was gentle and checked on my comfort level throughout my procedure. She explained everything that was going to happen and the end result left me with a beautiful, clean smile! My fears have totally been eliminated and I actually look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend visiting CVDC for your dental needs. All the girls and were amazing!!

I've never had a bad experience here. I've gone here for years and would highly recommend Dr. Parrot. When I need cavities filled I feel absolutely nothing when they numb me. He's great and everyone in the office is thorough. Also, wait times are minimal. I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room last time.

Throughout this period, Dr. Parrett has continually provided outstanding dental services, developed a very professional team of dental hygienists, established good relationships with high quality dental specialists, and created a very comfortable office environment.
