The staff goes the extra mile when ensuring comfort for cleanings or when I recently required instruction for my retainers. I appreciate when Linda is detail oriented when explaining my charges. Though Dr Mena was a favorite (she has since left the practice), Dr Dheeren has given his undivided attention in post care. He has followed up via phone minutes after my inquiry. My hygienist are superb; I doubt any review would have negative statements about them I have 2 favorites, Patricia and ?? who genuinely care about my well being during scheduled visits. Thanks - KF

Where do I begin? Let's see, unprofessional and rude? Had work done that resulted in pain, went back to have it looked at and the dentist (within that practice!) neglected to document what she did so the other dentist took 10 minutes trying to figure out why I had pain. Rude= I went in for my appointment (same one as above) & the receptionist got really rude with me and said that my appointment was cancelled several weeks prior, funny enough that it was only last week that we scheduled this appointment. "If you are going to be rude to me I won't fit you in" seriously? When i tried to speak to the dentist about this he stated that he only does the dental work... nice. This is your practice, be accountable!!! While getting work done my husband asked the dentist to turn off her phone b/c he was getting over a migraine and she gets all noble and sticks her nose in my husband's business and tells him he should see a neurologist. Turn off your damn phone, ringing 20 times in 30 minutes is not acceptable. Not documenting the treatment you provided is unprofessional... why am I paying you? Bullshitting me about my cancelled appointment- not acceptable. Your practice lost both me and my husband. Great job! I wish there was less than 1 star but unfortunately, 1 star is as low as you can go. Megan

I have been going to Elite Dentistry for two years now and am very pleased. Everyone there is very friendly and all of my visits have been pain free! I was an hour late for my last appointment (today) yet I was met with a friendly welcome and graciously taken in right away! Always a pleasure Elite! Thank you! 👍

Love these guys!! I am terrified of needles, but not with this firm! They're awesome! The staff is top notch and friendly beyond compare! The dentists are all professional yet relate! I would recommend this firm to anyone! 5 stars!!!

The staff here do a very good job and are thorough. My teeth are in good hands. Sometimes, you may need to wait a bit and they like to sell you the latest specialty toothpaste (if you need it, of course) which I was not used to, but they definitely do a good job.
