Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville

First of all, in my opinion, you CANNOT visit this place and have a bad experience unless you are just determined to have one. The atmosphere at Advanced Dentistry was calming and positive. Although, I never had a bad experience at my former dentist, this visit was, by far, thee best experience I’ve had in a looooong time, at a dental office!

The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Nelly has such a great bedside manner. (I wonder if that term is appropriate for DDSs 🤔 or is it only reserved for MDs…I’m digressing but I’m using it because it’s true). Anyhoo, Dr. Nelly is extremely knowledgeable and confident in her field. Delia, (I hope I spelled that correctly), her assistant, did a thorough X-ray exam and checked to made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Nelly came in, examined, and cleaned my teeth. She also gave me valuable insight, information, and advice on the symptoms with which I have been experiencing, explained the possible reasons why, in plain English, answered all of my questions, and gave me a recommendation to a specialist that she believes can help me. I felt well taken care of and treated like a person instead of a healthcare plan.

I will definitely be returning for my 6 month follow-up appointment.

This dentistry had been an excellent experience for me. Dr. Nellie is personable, engaged, and communicative. She answers all my questions. She takes steps to ensure my comfort. The group keeps a clean and quiet office. They provide a coffee and tea service. The location provides ample parking. I find the overall experience relaxing, pleasant, and efficient.

Dr. Ding and everyone who assisted in my recent three visits were awesome!!! Not only professional, but also just really nice people! They very much care about making you comfortable and explaining what is going to happen. I never really loved going to the dentist, and after too many skipped years of checkups, I've finally found somewhere I actually kinda look forward to visiting. I already bring my 5 year old daughter, and soon my twin 2 year old boys. They're awesome with the kiddos, too!!

I came across Advanced Dentistry via a Facebook ad. I was looking for a new dentist close to me that could replace a filling that was recently done by another dentist 4 weeks ago, so I decided to read the ad and visit the website. Reading the About Us page on the site I discovered Dr. Silva attended my alma mater, another favorable sign.
Once I showed up for my appointment, Jen the Technician built instant affinity and rapport with me, so any barriers I might have still had were immediately brought down. Dr. Silva was able to quickly assess why it happened and how she could remedy it. The procedure was simple, safe and effective. My family has found our new dentist.

This place is awesome! I scheduled an appointment right away, it did not take weeks like other places. The woman at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Dr. Ding was very skilled with his hands, the needles were painless and quick! He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions until I was 100% sure what was going on! The woman who did my fillings (Missy) was very sweet too and I got many but after my mouth felt the same, if not better! The office was very cozy and clean. I would definitely reccomend coming here and I will be back with my son! Thank you Advanced Dentistry! You all are amazing!

I love advanced dentistry they are so thorough very professional and a lot of fun at the same time. They care about the health of your teeth and gums. They explain in detail everything that you need to have done for your teeth, and I like that. I trust them and their advice. And I actually look forward to going to the Dentist.

I am located closer to Center City and our (former) dentist does not do dental work on children, which prompted me to make a visit to Dr. Silva. My 3 year old daughter needed to get her cavity filled and she was in great hands. My daughter was super nervous, but the support staff and Dr. Silva were extremely patient with my daughter, and took breaks with her as needed. While we were there, we decided to switch dentists because she offers a great insurance plan which make regular dental visits and procedures less expensive for my family. Overall a great experience!

Dr. Nelly and her staff are nice. They provide nice music to listen to while your procedure is getting done and take the time to make sure all of your needs are met with a smile.

I love Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville. I've been a patient there for 10 years and initially went for an extensive 'smile makeover' which involved veneers, some implants and bone grafting. Dr. Silva and her team did a phenomenal job that I still regularly get compliments on. Dr. Silva is not only technically very skilled but is also amazing artistically.
Over the years I've also had a lot of general dental work done here (regular cleanings, crowns, fillings, onlays) and each time I've been impressed with the warmth and professionalism of all the team members. Besides being skilled and efficient, they're also the coolest people that get along so well together to create such a relaxed atmosphere that I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
I couldn't be happier with Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great dentist.

OMG!!! After so many unpleasant experiences with other dentist offices, I was recommended to see this office by a coworker. The staff is very professional, super friendly, and I love the modern equipment. They took great care of my teeth: the X-rays, cleaning, and whitening. Dr Silva is just AMAZING! She cares about you, along with your health. Thank you, Dr Silva, and your excellent staff!!! I should have come to this office a long time ago. I highly recommended this practice to everyone!!!!
