Aspen Dental

I was very thankful for a lady that works in your Scranton OFFICE, as I have been to Aspen Dental many YEARS ago concerning my situation with my teeth, however at that time there was no way at at all I COULD afford the price, So this time I had an abcess tooth and thanking God above for the woman in Scranton she was able to get me an appointment in the Hazleton OFFICE the same day for free, as it had been so long since I had been to Aspen dental evidently my records were in "archives", ALLOWING for me to be seen as a new patient! For this woman who works for Aspen Dental, she is an absolute Angel and I give her a 10 star rating as she truly shows care and compassion for a human who is suffering with an abcess tooth! As far as the OFFICE visit in the Hazleton OFFICE, i am also recovering from a fractured left hip, the staff were very FRIENDLY and the dentist was too, UNFORTUNATELY like the first time I had went to them I felt that it was all about the money for the PROCEDURE I need to have done, as a short time after seeing the very polite dentist, i i was told i had to wait in the room for the "OFFICE MANAGER " so this took about minutes to 40 minutes until she returned with a price for the PROCEDURE that I will need mind you i am on a fixed income SSD as zi am disabled and I had tild them this several times, and UNFORTUNATELY they do not accept my insurance?????? So just like the the first time I was there, my THOUGHTS were that it is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY Not at at All about the well being of the patient. I then UNFORTUNATELY had to call back after taking the prescription and receiving a bill for 196.00$ to ask for another prescription for the abcess as the antibiotic that he prescribed did not work for me, and A i have a fractured hip and b an abcess tooth is very serious needless to say EXTREMELY painful and the sectrtary, i assume said that I have to come back in and be seen, certainly charging me im not sure what price???? Just so i don't die from an abcess tooth!!! I do not know the quality of there work as UNFORTUNATELY for me they do not accept my insurance???? I question why they do not however they definitely are polite and are out for thr all mighty dollar! Very sad, disappointed and iam thankful that i was seen God BLESS Aspen Dental l

Everyone there was so pleasant, polite, and helpful! Also, when you're in pain and a l little nervous, a little humor goes a long way! The Dentist was very clear and took his time explaining to me what needed to be done, as well as the possible complications. An A++ experience

All they want to do is add services that you dont need. Just want to fix a broken tooth get ready to spend big bucks. Money scam

The dentist gave me a quick patch said if it broke I can get the same stuff at walmart. Refused to fix or pull the tooth. Said I had to have a scaling done before building. $500 plus dollars. I said no just pull it then he refused said still good tooth. Want to cap it. So he gave me the Walmart patch. Sale on extraction was starting at $135. But told it would cost more anyway. They said to have my teeth cleaned with the scaling would be over $1200. What. This place is supposed to be affordable. My appointment was 8am didnt leave til 945. Sat and waited in chair after xrays. I also think if patient says pull it pull it.

Everyone was very helpful & pleasant. The exam and follow up was discussed in detail, with options and alternatives offered, noting the pros and cons. Financing options could be better, though. All in all, I will probably utilize the services as soon as I can afford to do so.

I was hesitant to come to a “chain” dentist. I was very much surprised. The Hazleton, PA office and their staff were wonderful. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to starting my plan for my new dentures.

Since as bad experience as a child, I've had an extreme fear of dentists. So far, my experiences with Aspen Dental, Hazleton has been a very pleasant and I look forward to using their services again in the future.

Dr. Julian Lutz is the best dentist I have ever been to. Cares so much for his patients and staff. Very happy with my experience

I was extremely pleased with my experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly, pleasant, efficient and extremely knowledgeable in his/her field of expertise. The office had state-of-the art equipment and was immaculately clean.

So far so good. I'm shaking in fear because of anxiety but the nurses are very reassuring and are doing their best to help me relax. About to get 2 teeth pulled in a few. Wish me luck 😣

I want to know if it is forbidden to speak Spanish? Since they have bilingual people and none are ready to translate When I needed an explanation. some kind, I do not like it because they focus on the cost of treatment, and do not see the need of the client, I went to do a cleaning treatment and they did not do it because they financed an implant which in the future I will do it and the. Cleaning cost $ 265. very expensive.
