From the moment I walked in the door, the professional and courteous staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was fortunate enough to have Dr John Volinsky who extracted several teeth and fitted me with a complete upper and partial lower set of dentures. All the time during this procedure he constantly checked on me and inquired on my comfort and informed me on the progress. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, 5 stars doesn't do it justice.

I love this office. The hygienist was great, I love the way she cleaned my teeth. They’re very knowledgeable and I feel as though I can trust them. They also have massage chairs so that made my cleaning even better! Highly recommend!

I was originally apprehensive about using the Candid teeth alignment program but after having consulted with Walnut Street Smiles, I moved forward with Candid. I never felt pressured by Walnut Street Smiles. I’m very happy with my results and am glad I went through the program with Walnut Street Smiles by my side. They were so helpful and very friendly-and I had a lot of questions. The office is nice and the location is perfect for Center City people. I highly recommend going through the Candid program with Walnut Street Smiles. It sounds cliché but I do wish I would have done this sooner!

Terrible terrible terrible Dr Volinsky!!
I have been a patient of Dr Ram for several years and when she left I started seeing Dr Volinsky who recommended a crown for a tooth, that did NOT need a crown. The crown keeps coming off and has been rebonded multiple times. I finally got frustrated and saw another doctor, who told me that this crown was done very poorly and was not even required, which he did to make a quick buck.
These people do not follow any COVID guidelines.
Their front desk is highly unprofessional and rude. They charge you full money upfront and lie about accepting your insurance.

On Feb. 1, 2023, when I visited my dentist for my semi-annual cleaning, they offered me something to drink, including coffee, as though I was visiting friends or relatives. Because of my sore back I enjoyed the massaging function of the dental chair, while Andriana did her usual thorough cleaning of my teeth. In response to my question, she explained the difference between plague and tartar, and why it is important to brush at least twice a day. While the three of us looked over the x-rays of my teeth and jaw bones, Dr. Goldenberg, put my mind at ease. The medicine I'm on for bone cancer is not adversely affecting the health of my jaw bones--thank goodness!

This is the new office and it’s very nice. The staff and receptionist are very welcoming, and you will receive expert care here no matter what you dental needs may be. The office is very relaxing and it calms any nerves that you may have which usually accompanies a trip to the dentist for many people. Highly recommend.
