I had an issue with my previous dentist while I was in the middle of a root canal and crown. Dr. Ryan stepped up & helped me through the remainder of the process. Carlene in the billing dept. was great with helping me to get the insurance straightened out because my previous dentist already billed my insurance & was paid. Carlene was able to help to get the money back so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Thanks to everyone in the office. They are all very nice to work with. No one likes to go to the dentist but this office makes it a good experience.

First time at this business. Such an enjoyable experience from the moment you walk in, employees were so kind, great attitude, polite and smiling. Had been to different dentist offices and this one just seemed different gave you a different feeling for no one enjoys the dentist, but this place will make you so relaxed you don't need to worry about anything. Have to mention my cleaning with Jolynn was so pleasant that I would go back tomorrow and do it again, Jolynn works so gentle while cleaning and is very observant with what is going on in your mouth. Jolynn is very experienced and easy to tell she knows her business. If you are having trouble finding the right dentist give Electric City Dentistry a call and see the difference for yourself. And don't forget to ask for Jolynn for your cleaning you won't be disappointed.

My daughter (2 years old) went to the dentist for the first time yesterday. She had Halley as her hygienist. What an awesome experience! Halley is skilled in pediatric care and has a heart for her work. My daughter loved the entire experience, from brushing a dinosaur's teeth to seeing water squirt out of tools, and can't wait to go back. Everyone, including the girls at the front desk, made our time enjoyable. Thank you!

I had to make an emergency appointment on Thursday. They scheduled for the following Monday. I was alittle worried about pain but Dr Mary Grace did a fantastic job. She understood my fears and made me feel very relaxed. I couldn’t think out a better outcome. Definitely going to go back for all my dental needs. Highly recommended to anyone seeking dental work.

Dr Ryan was so great! So was his assistant! I really do not like going to the dentist but I had an emergency and Dr Ryan really made feel so comfortable. He knew how scared I was of any pain and he reassured me all the way through that it was going to be alright. In the end he also helped me out with my bill and took a charge off for me, he didn’t have to do that but I am super appreciative that he wanted to help in that way. All in all I would give Electric City Dentistry a 20 out of 10! I have absolutely no complaints and I will be coming back in the future for my dental needs. I just moved to Scranton not too long and I didn’t know where to go for my little emergency. I did a quick google search and they were the first to come up. I’m glad they took me in so quickly and helped me out. I will be recommending EC Dentistry and Dr Ryan to everyone!
