No wait time for my scheduled appointment. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The hygienist was very good and was mindful of sensitive areas during the cleaning. Dr. Patel clearly showed me the pathology on my x-rays and did a great job in filling in my cavities! I didn't feel a thing!! She also took her time in making sure that the fillings we polished down to my liking. I'd highly recommend this practice.

I have always been extremely satisfied with the care I receive at ACD. The Dr who does my crowns does an excellent job. I love that I don't need to go anywhere else if I have issues. They do it all at ACD and do it well.

My first visit at ACD was great! After being unhappy with my last dentists' attentiveness I was very happy to have a pleasurable experience.I was able to make an appointment days after calling for one, not months. The doctor saw me soon after entering the room and was very attentive. I will definitely be back!

This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office! I worked specifically with Brenda W. who is very friendly, knowledgeable and truly makes you feel like you are apart of the process. She is very thorough and explains everything to you to make sure you understand.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful and I overall would recommend everyone to come here. One thing for sure is I have found a place that I trust with my dental health!

As a procrastinator when it come to the dentist, the staff at Advanced & Comfort Dentistry answered my call for help with my pain swiftly and courteously. They saw me as quickly as they could and tended to my problem professionally. My family and I have found our new home for dental care!

After making the move to the Lehigh Valley, my main priority was finding the best doctors for my continued personal care. Advanced Comfort Dentistry was not only customer-friendly and insurance savvy, but also created an immediate environment of trust between myself and the entire staff.
Specifically, Brenda W. made the cleaning experience fast, thorough and informational--and Dr. Krishna was able to provide clear and concise direction as to how I should continue to care for my teeth at home. I would highly recommend this dentistry office to anyone who is looking for a family-friendly feel from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they get up from the chair.

Horrible experience!

I had a root canal done here. It was done wrong. I suffered for MONTHS with pain and infection because of them.

I complained of pain multiple times after the root canal and crown. The follow up appointments they did not take xrays at all. After I found out why they didnt.. because it wouldve showed the root canal was done incorrectly.

Follow up they'd just shave down my tooth more and eventually just said it must be cracked if the pain doesnt go away.

they did other fillings, again I had pain and had a follow up appointment. no xrays were taken yet again.

after months of pain I went to another dentist. They took xrays and guess what, root canal was done incorrectly and I had a nasty infection sitting there for months!

Had to pay an endo $1200 to redo this root canal and all that money to see a different dentist to find out what was wrong.

Originally I paid OUT RIGHT $1600 for the crown and root canal. then I realized I was still under my parents dental insurance. so they ran it through that insurance. 6 month's later I still didnt have the refund for what my insurance covered.

finally I sent them a letter stating I needed the refund for what my insurance covered and also detailed how I had pain and infection for months because the root canal was done incorrectly and they refused to take xrays (probably because they didnt want to admit they did it wrong) and the manager or owner offered me $1,000 back because of this.

i took it and was done with the place.

HOWEVER. Now, over a YEAR later.. I got a bill saying I owe them $400. LOL. because "no insurance".

1. I paid outright for the services.
2. I did end up having insurance which you ran everything through.

Long story short:

I would never recommend this place!! They dont know how to do root canals. They cost me an extra $2k to fix what they did. I was in pain with infection for months because of them and had to go through multiple rounds of antibiotics.

Now a year later are saying I owe them money somehow despite me paying up front, then they ran it through insurance and offered me 1k back because of all the problems I had as long as I wouldnt sue them.

So now I will write a review about the horrible experience I had.

Also, one of the root canal follow ups , there was another lady in a room next to mine complaining about pain in a root canal tooth that they did. So this isnt just a 1 time thing. I dont think the dentist here knows how to do root canals

Highly recommend!!!!!!!!! Everyone’s number one priority is your well being. I’m very shy of any dental 🦷 work. They understand and care while doing any procedures. My last visit, I had a major extraction no pain at all. Left calm and collected. Give them a try you will not be let down, office is very clean, staff cheerful. Winner Winner!!

I have been a patient here for almost two years now, and I absolutely LOVE coming here! All the staff here are so nice and they truly care about your dental hygiene! They make you feel very comfortable, for those of you with phobias, and they are very gentle!
