My sons first time being there was last year and he was supposed to follow up with this office 3-6 months. We made the appointment just for the appointment to be canceled and rescheduled for a YEAR out due to this office not having enough staff. I took what was given to me. In between the wait I called twice, the first time was to see if they had a closer opening which they didn’t and then the second time was because they were offering classes for parents who we’re interested in dental assisting. Not one time did anyone confirm my demo over the phone or explained that there were new policies in place. Here it is Jan 11 I walked into the office 8:08 to be told that his appointment was canceled because no one confirmed the appointment. I told the clerical specialist that it had been a year since the last time we were here and it wasn’t because of me. So if you couldn’t get in touch with me then how was I supposed to know that the policies have changed? I was on maternity leave from the end of oct to Jan 9 so I wouldn’t have received anything. Frustrated that I drove 30 mins I left the office and called and spoke to tomeka and asked to speak to the manager. Christine finally picked up after speaking to tomeka about what happened I explained to her why I was frustrated with the office. And of course I’m frustrated because according to Christine policies have changed six months ago and I had access to my email
Six months ago and no one said anything about policies changing six months ago. I was hung up on and disrespected by this office twice today! And Christine the office manager acted as though the frustration wasn’t warranted and showed no signs of caring until after I called the second time to confirm that she had hung up on me. This office and the manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The communication is piss poor and I will not recommend to anyone.

Beaufort Family Dentistry was so welcoming to this new resident. Cathy did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Long. They both answered my questions with clarity and wisdom. Thank you so much!

I have been going to this office for the last couple years. The ladies that clean my teeth do a good job and schedule my next appointments for me. Kristine at the front desk is always so nice.

Be aware of the cost!!!! Just moved down from NY and before making appointment they checked my insurrance. Came in for a cleaning 1 month later. Took some x-rays, just to find out at check out that my insurrance only covers $54. They should of known beforehand. I had to pay over $300 out of pocket! Never had this issue in NY, not once did anyone ask me about the cost! Will be going elsewhere.

Naomi made my experience so wonderful! Great customer service. It shows that she cares and loves her job.
