I had my first appointment yesterday with the Greenville location, and let me tell you it was nothing short of an amazing first time experience. I’m terrified of the dentist due to past dental office experiences. I let the staff know this, and they went above and beyond for me. Erica, my dental hygienist, was SO very sweet. She has incredible bedside manner to her patients, and you can tell she truly cares about each and every one of them. She also gave me the best and most thorough cleaning on my teeth that I have ever had. I had to get a filling, and one of my teeth pulled and Dr. B and his dental assistant, Brandie, made me feel at ease through the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable, that I wasn’t in any type of pain, and distracted me with humor and jokes. Every step of the way Brandie let me know what Dr. B was about to do, what sensation I would feel, and letting me know how well I was handling the whole situation due to my fear of dentistry. Their prices are also VERY competitive and not there to break your bank! I feel at ease knowing that I have found a dental office who truly cares about me as a person, and is helping me get back on track with my teeth! Y’all are a blessing thank you once again!

Palms Dentistry is a state-of-the-art facility that is clean and well maintained. The staff and doctors are all very knowledgeable and professional, personable, engaging and friendly. Above all, they have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth and are genuinely passionate about my healthcare, without trying to upsell me on potentially unnecessary procedures. For these reasons I will continue my relationship with this dentistry and highly recommend them to my friends and family members.

Originally we were pretty happy with the service, however after getting the quote on my child’s plan and told it would be covered by insurance I was sent a bill over $1000 and told simply that Palms Denistry made a mistake and I was responsible. They offer the service to file your insurance but you cannot trust the written quotes and one of the fillings fell out within a month and had to be fixed. Will find a new dentist for all five family members because they refuse to make their one mistake good.

The facility was very clean & surprisingly quiet. The dental hygienist I had was very pleasant & made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff were a bit standoffish, but they were nice. I’m not sure if they get a diverse group of patients at this place, but I think I’ll be going back.

I DoNot like to go to the dentist. I am terrified. Dr. Brad was and all of the staff were absolutely amazing! I went in due to pain. I ended up with a root canal and cap and can honestly say it was the best experience. They went above and beyond to calm and comfort me. I encourage you to visit this office. I have found my dentist for life.

I’m like OMG so wonderful how the atmosphere was and Kristi cleaned my teeth cleaner than they have been in 61 years, she was also like very quick and knew actually what everything that she was doing and no pain at all, I was made and felt comfortable.

Really welcoming, friendly, and competent vibes here. They didn't try to push products or services on me like Aspen Dental has in the past, and they didn't tell me I had cavities that weren't there like other dentists have before. They explained each step before and as they took them, and even educated me on a few things after I asked questions.
