This will be my first time today going to this dentist today and I just wanna say first they got me with all stars second they got me with taking Medicaid 3 they take babies up to 8m and I love them already I forgot the lady name over the phone but she was so sweet and helped me a lot CANT wait to go today

Drove an hour and half to my appointment and when I get there at the time of my appointment I’m told I’m “ late” because you have to be there 15 minutes prior which was not communicated with me over the phone. Paperwork was done in advance before appointment & still couldn’t be seen. Someone else should work up front at the check in desk because April is rude in a rush just because she had to go to lunch.

I made an appointment a month ago and they called a day prior to cancel bc the hygienist was out. Made another appointment, 2 weeks out.
Long wait time, unclean facilities and unprofessional front desk staff. I was treated very rudely and was told my insurance did not have coverage. I knew this was false, I called to immediately verify and was told I’m covered. The front desk then told me to keep waiting because they needed to call again to make sure this was true. My insurance rep was willing to verify for them to make things move along but they declined to do so. Attitudes from the moment I walked through the door. Disgusting bathroom and lobby. I would choose another place, if you are looking for a dentist, especially for little ones.

I called ahead to warn them of my anxiety especially dental anxiety and they were SO nice when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable the entire time , even offered to turn the television on or do whatever to help rid some of my anxiety. I highly recommend this office and I am so glad that I finally found a dentist who actually cares about me 😊

3 years - shame on me for delay in finally getting to the dentist - however I have to say Adriane did a first class job cleaning and checking my teeth - I was very impressed by both her manner and professionalism. Highly recommended / 5 stars
