Drove over 50 minutes for them to tell me I don’t have an appointment Then proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do and that I should never call the call center to make an appointment well that’s not my problem that’s aspen dentals problem and if the call center don’t work then DO SOMETHING About it. I would be a little bit happier if they atleast tried and squeeze me in my appointment was an emergency I have severe abcess with broke tooth they told me I can drive to Hanover location in pa which is over 2 hours why would I even waste my time when I drove 50 mins for you guys to tell me I didn’t have an appointment.

Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER be returning. I got a filling done on 2 of my front teeth at Aspen. I returned a couple of months later because I had a lot of pain in one of the teeth that had been filled and my face was swollen. The dentist did absolutely nothing—he moved my filling down and told me to come back in 2 weeks if I was still in pain. I went into another dentist to get a 2nd opinion—come to find out, they had caused nerve damage when they did my fillings. My tooth was super infected and I now have to go get a root canal! I have never been treated so poorly. Aspen does not care about their patients at all. I would never recommend coming here!

I previously wrote a review on here about Aspen and it was good. After all of the work I have to say I don't like changing my review but I need too.
I went through a lot from the pain of feeling of all my teeth being pulled and jaw being grinded without being numb. Yes I felt it all. My wife had to leave the room with the shaking I was going through. My full dentures still won't work . After consulting two other dentist my jaw line is uneven my dentures one is too big one is too small and have to go back into surgery to fix gum line so another set can be made to fit. 12,000 dollars /yes no mistake I'm dealing with for services that were extremely painful and costly and never working. Great service Huh. Oh it's costing me now another $6000 somewhere else to get them redone + surgery cost.
Last time I went into Aspen I had the notion that I was annoying them because I had to keep coming back. Definitely a huge change from stating the process.
Hopefully someone has better visits and don't have to lose out on the money my wife and I did.

Making an appointment was easy-I did it online. This allowed me to cross reference their availabilities with my schedule. I walked into an extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I thoroughly enjoyed EVERY person I came into contact with. I can’t wait until my next appointment so i can review their work.

I absolutely love this place! The visit was so friendly, and the staff treat you like family instead of money! I would recommend Aspen Dental if you are looking for a great dentist. 5 out of 5 stars. I am going again

Aspen dental was so prompt in getting me in and reviewing my teeth and getting a plan together because of all my auto immune diseases. The outcome made me very sad personally for my own self because of auto immune diseases drying my mouth but the dentist had a wonderful plan and I’ll start this journey with removing some teeth and getting ready to do dentures even though not all my teeth are bad but they will go bad so I’ll start this new journey on November 4 of this year to make sure my smile will be preserved. Everyone was friendly and understanding and made me feel like a person not a number. Most awesome team I’ve ever met.Thank you for making this journey not feel like a punishment but rather a new page to turn in a book

Not sanitary drop glove on floor and then wants to put them on to work in your mouth needless to say I can see why she got an infection after surgery by them although they say u did something wrong no you left slivers of bone in when u sewed. Her up. they are very nice friendly people that work there dentist is a fast talking guy I glad I was with the patient to see all this and hopefully prevented a little less bacteria. I have never seen such carelessness for sanitary purposes

Hesitant to make the appointment, as had never heard of them before. However, the ease of making and getting an appointment was amazing. The professionalism of the staff, yet with a genuine caring was a wonderful replacement for other places I've been to for dental care. All procedures that were necessary were well explained, the Dr. was kind and assuring, and very professional. I wasn't used to being treated with such kindness and thoroughness in my dental care

Just moved to Aberdeen from Arizona. I made an appointment with this dentist to establish service. The appointment has been cancelled three times due to staffing issues at this location, two being the same day. Then they would still call/send emails to confirm an appointment that they have already rescheduled. Today, I had an appointment and was told to come in early to make sure everything would go smoothly. They still didn't have a copy of my insurance card that I had already brought in and gave to them earlier this month per their request. Also, I had all of the paperwork already printed out for them and filled out, so I thought everything should go smoothly. After waiting in the lobby 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I told them that I was leaving and that this is a very unacceptable way of doing business. I am requesting that the regional manager reach out to me in regards to this experience with this clinic. Thanks...

My son's first visit to Aspen Dental was wonderful! The dentist and hygienist made him feel very comfortable, as if they were already friends. Their explanations were sincere and caring. I am very pleased with our experience.
