Was initially really nervous coming in for a checkup as it had been quite a while since I had been to the dentist, but the VERY friendly staff and VERY nice atmosphere made my experience VERY pleasant! Me and my family love these guys. It has been the best experience I have had with dentists. I usually see Dr Krum and always enjoy him. He is always straight forward, funny, and treats you like a friend rather than a patient. All the ladies there have always been a absolute pleasure to work with. I have never felt judged by them. They truly only care that you are getting the help you need. They also are willing to help you pay for the work done, which is becoming very rare! The team is always so friendly and kind. They are quick to work with you in solutions if you need help figuring out payment and the dentists and staff are very knowledgeable. I’ve been to other dentists who I’ve left their offices crying because they made me feel so horrible about my teeth but the staff at Jackson never once made me feel guilty, uncomfortable or bad in any way. Completely drained my wife’s insurance coverage by “taking X-rays” I understand the first visit being a new client. But not multiple visits for only X-rays. While doing nothing else in that time. Won’t be coming back I recommend you don’t either. Head over to Loftus in Sturgis better service and pricing to boot.
