The office opens early, which really helps out us people that start work early in morning. Very nice people treated me outstandingly. I would recommend to anyone.

When I go in there I normally go because I'm in a lot of pain and can't handle it anymore. There was this one dentist that noticed what i was doing and came in and said, " you only come in here when your in extreme pain and I've seen you leaving crying. I don't want to see you like that anymore and we need to make a plan to get you better." I never seen this dentist lady before but she noticed me and I felt like she truly cared about me. She also explained about what the next options were and that right there I knew she truly cared and I would always go back to this dentist. She (unfortunately forgot her name. Will update when I figure it out) is the reason I feel more comfortable going back without being embarrassed out waiting until I can't handle the pain no more. She rocks and so did the Dell Rapids Dental!

Professional, friendly and exceptional care. Had a wisdom tooth removed in less than a half hour with no pain or swelling. Unbelievable! The dental techs are so thorough. Highly recommend this group.

My experience was great. I scheduling both of my kids at the same time. My daughter was really good she wasn't even shy and for being 3 years old and listening to the people looking at her teeth makes me happy. My son was scared they did a great job on making sure that it was okay and trying ways to make him happy and not be scared of the dentist.ššš¦·

Diane rocks. She is so on the ball about the details of her job. She talks kind and friendly to all. Even when I ask a zillion questions Diane has not ever made me feel bad or talked down to me.
Tessa was a joy to see today. She made me feel at home and was as so very kind. Her customer service skills will take her far!! She exceeded my expectations.

Had not been to the dentist for awhile called Dell Rapids Dental got an appointment the next morning. Had a broken filling which they were able to fix right then. Worked out great. Friendly staff. Convenient for me.

I suffer from Dentist Anxiety. SEVERE Dentist Anxiety. So the fact that I took myself to the dentist PERIOD should tell you it wasn't for anything fun.
Prior to my visit, Dr. Ford answered my many FB private messages and questions and was very encouraging and reassuring and put me at ease about having to come in. The fact that he took so much time in caring about my wellbeing before even meeting me was huge and instrumental in me booking an appointment.
Dr. Sarah and Kylie were AMAZING at my visit. They were comforting, understanding, reassuring, thorough, informative, helpful and even funny. They picked up on my anxiety immediately and went out of their way to make sure I was okay and keep me comfortable.
My subsequent visits aren't going to be pleasant. But the fact that I even SAID "subsequent" visits speaks volumes. Had I had any sort of experience or dynamic duo like this in the past, I wouldn't have treated my dental care as an "as needed" thing.
I can't say enough wonderful things. I never in my life thought I'd give rave reviews about a Dentist's Office. But their entire staff I encountered from the front desk all the way through the chair was top notch and they are a huge asset to the Dell Rapids Community!
