I recently moved to Harrisburg, so today was my first visit to your clinic. It was a very positive experience. Hannah is a terrific person to have upfront to greet people. It is very important that the first person patients see is friendly and helpful. She was genuinely friendly, upbeat, and smiled a lot. I have been in clinics and businesses where friendliness and helpfulness is not the highest priority.
Andie is an outstanding hygenist! I cannot say enough positive things about her. She was so friendly and said/did everything to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything that she was doing in such a way that any layperson could understand what she meant. She explained the results of x-rays slowly and in a way that I could understand and even checked to see if I had anxiety about anything. Even though she was wearing a mask, I could see that her eyes were friendly and that she cared about me as a person. Andie is the type of hygenist that represents your dental office well. I am so pleased that I chose your dental office. Your dental office is like a small town practice where they get to know the patients by their names and they actually care about the patients on a personal level. I highly recommend your dental office to everyone.

My family of four are fairly new to SD, and to this area. We all went to Neighborhood Dental Harrisburg today for cleanings and dental work. What a great experience! Dr. Rasmusson is professional, knowelgeable, thorough about about explaining treatment options, and personable. The reception staff, assistants, and hygienists are all very welcoming and professional. Patient comfort is a high priority for every member of this staff.They also truly seem to love their jobs, which is such a rarity anymore. I can't say enough great things about these folks. Our whole family goes to Dr Sean and his wonderful staff ( there are 9 of us). We can't say enough good about the visits. The Grandkids and Grandpa go willingly. Thats a major plus right there. Dr Sean and I have a good understanding when it comes to working in my mouth. Lol
