They were great they get you in and out right away

GREAT service! I am new to the area so needed to find a new dentist and saw online that they had great reviews so gave them a try and was not disappointed. Melony had amazing customer service on the phone getting everything setup and was great to work with even though I had to keep rescheduling several times due to work travel coming up. Maria was outstanding during my checkup and cleaning and was very friendly and professional. Then Dr. Wondercheck was very informative and detailed and often dentists talk really fast and make you feel like they are in a hurry to get to the next patient but he was very customer service focused and took his time engaging. Hands down my best dental experience and that is saying alot because I was very happy with my last dentist. Highly recommend this office. Great Job Day One!!!

Day One Dentistry, what an amazing experience. My toddler can be an handful, and the staff did an amazing job with him. They were so kind and patient with him. My son could not stop talking about how nice and sweet they are were. Even coming home, he was telling everyone in the complex.
I love that my son is excited to go back. The experience they gave him restored his trust.

The people are nice, but if you don't have insurance and a nest egg saved up, don't bother coming here. Tried to go in for 4 tooth extractions, was told they could do 2 that day for over 500 dollars, paid upfront. Nice staff to a fault, but I already have enough anxiety just GOING to the dentist, with no incremental way to pay, just skyrocketed everything and made the visit more stressful than the tooth pulling would have been.

The dentist's and staff at Day One are professional and courteous. I became a patient when I had a dental emergency and I was extremely impressed with the prompt care I received as well as the quality of the dental work. I am now a regular and loyal patient.

Unfortunately, before today I would have given them 5 stars. Today I went in to get my partial and it's awful. They don't fit well, one of the front parts half cover an existing tooth in the front, which makes my tooth look deformed and another part the tooth part itself is pink, not even white to resemble a real tooth. I honestly am not sure what to do at this point. I paid almost $2,000 for partials that look so bad I would rather have gaps where I have teeth missing than to wear this and I can't afford to do anything else. I thought it was odd that they didn't give me a mirror to see them once they were in place, but after i got to my car and saw them I knew why and went back in. I did point out the problems and was basically told they were sorry but this is how they look. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
