The office staff are friendly but who ever handles billing and insurance claims should be replaced. After cleaning and checkup (which should be covered by my insurance) I would get a bill from park center six months after the appt. A total frustrating mess trying to get paid and once I had to pay because my insurance company said the claim wasn't filed on time. The clincher was dr.ehlers put a crown on. He checked with my insurance and told me it was covered. After the crown I had to pay a deductable ( a surprise to me). Four months later I get a bill for 500.00 more. After a warm and fuzzy conversation with Dr. Ehlers, I was threatened that it would be turned over to collections if I didn't pay. I paid the bill and two days later I got a letter from Dr. Ehlers telling me he didn't want me or my wife as patients any more and to find someone else. What a class act.

The staff is always so polite and upbeat that early in the morning. Nice and efficient getting me.out in a timely manner. I would at some point like to look at a retainer due to my jaw shifting.
