Prairie Dental did a great job with my appointment, specifically my dental hygienist. She went above and beyond answering all my questions thoroughly - and, I had a lot! I had a few cosmetic fix questions, and a lot of questions towards my retainer which were all discussed and answered. I felt like she truly listened to me and advocated for me and my concerns when the dentist came to visit with me. I hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year, and she made sure I stayed comfortable and gave me breaks when my mouth was beginning to get sore. My appointment was towards the end of the day, and I did not feel rushed out, even when I was the last patient in the office.
