This dentist office is horrible, there scheduling is horrible, wait time is horrible, if my application is at 1, it shouldn't take til 3 to get back there

My daughter had an appointment at 2pm today. We checked in at 1:45 and come 3pm we are still waiting in the parking lot and I had to chase someone down to find out what was going on? Being so far past her appointment they should have came and told us somethimg. I'm really disappointed with this visit!
Edit it has now been an hour and a half passed her appointment time and still waiting.

Negative 5 stars. Dr Rumph is a very unethical man and a horrible dentist. When he removed my daughters wisdom teeth her mouth wasnt numbed and she could feel everything. She was crying and telling him and didnt do anything to calm her. It was like a bad horror movie. She was shaking and crying when we left and he showed no concern. The staff was very concerned, friendly and caring. Please find another dentist.

went in 8 am left almost 2. I Had asked the lady in front desk she said it will take about 3 hours.I had left other procedure off, didn't want my son to be there for a long time.

The dentist here is very unprofessional, especially to the assistants. Hearing him yell at them in the hallway and then get an attitude with one of them while in the room made for a very unpleasant experience.

this dentist is very unprofesional my wife done 2 implants with them when they put on the crown it looks very very bad, my wife didn't like the crown at all. she told them to do it again second time it looks even worst, and we had to pay them $4500
please find another dentist, this dentist a complete rip off😤
