Had a terrible soft ball accident went to the emergency room and they recommended this place and I’m super happy they did!!! Very great place excellent staff very friendly and good hearted people! Makes you feel very welcomed and the wait isn’t long at all!! Definitely making them my primary!!

Dr Hayes and his staff are awesome! I had a tooth ache, possibly facing a root canal and crown, and was leaving town. They got me in right away, were very accommodating, professional, & attentive to my needs. They have state of the art equipment, a very clean office, and take a conservative approach to your treatment options. Before I knew it I was leaving with my tooth fixed, no pain, and all in less than an hour! Thank you Dr Hayes, now I can enjoy my trip - pain free!

I visited this off on last Saturday they were very welcoming. Wonderful staff and the dentist was amazing! They even checked on me several times after my visit. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants 5 star dental care!!!

Before visiting this office I had severe dental anxiety. Dr Hayes and his entire staff not only fixed my dental issue but also completely removed all of my anxiety. I now enjoy visiting the dentist! I won't go anywhere else. They are fantastic.

This was by far the best dentist office I have ever been in, from the moment I walked in until the time I left the staff was professional, friendly, & nice as they could be. Great experience I’ll be back for all my dentist needs.

I did not have a pleasant experience to say the least. I woke up in the middle of the night with my wisdom teeth bothering me. My face was swollen and I could not eat nor drink. I scheduled a new patient appointment. I arrived for my new patient appointment and filled out all of my new patient paperwork. after filling out my paperwork I was told that my wife had a balance at the office. She has already spoken with the office as well as the insurance company regarding the balance and is waiting on a check from the insurance company. I was told that I will have to pay her balance prior to me being seen as well as my deductible and a certain percentage of my procedure. A combination of the two totaled around $700. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay this full amount. I agreed to pay her full amount and asked if I could make arrangements for a portion of mine. I was told that I had to pay the full amount prior to them seeing me. I have been in excruciating pain 4 / 24 hours and they were not willing to help. I don't understand how her balance can affect whether or not I will be seen when I don't have a balance myself. However, even if this is the case then I should have been made aware of the situation at 8:30 in the morning when I called and scheduled the appointment so that I could have found another office and had my medical needs taking care of rather than sitting in excruciating pain all day long, leaving work early, and wasting my time sitting in an office for nothing.

I have always had a good experience at Dr. Hayes' office. Today I learned that Scotty left. I will miss her greatly. However, I met the new hygienist and She is awesome. She is the most gentle person I have had to clean my teeth and She is very concerned about what is going on in our society and therefore keeps everything clean and sanitized beyond what I am used to in normal situations. I feel very safe with her.

What more can I say about Dr. Hayes. He is an excellent Dentist, but to me He is also a good friend. Try to find those two qualities in the health industry. If you have then you know what I am talking about!

With the event of the virus, all dental clinics were closed. To find this one open for emergencies was a wonder. I believe that all precautions were taken to avoid the virus from doing damage. My tooth was cracked, broken and half fallen out. I needed to have it removed before infection would increase. I was attended too the day after I called. The personal were courteous and helpful. The wait was short and without any pain....the tooth was out. Today, the day after, I do have minor pain in the jaw area. As a retired Marine I say WELL DONE and thanks. It did cost me a little more than it did in the USMC. Harry

I had an abscess tooth and needed immediate relief for the pain. It happened late on a Saturday night and fortunately Family and Cosmetic Dentistry was open on Sunday. Amazing! I got relief when they did a root canal. The staff was incredible! And, I really appreciate Dr. Jody Clements, she was great! A very happy patient-Ron W.

I haven't had the best dental experiences in the past and have a small fear of the dentist... But today I got a cavity refilled and was a little worried going into it but everything went so smoothly! Dr. Hayes and his assistants are very reassuring and kind! I didn't feel a thing which was the best! Thank you so so much!
