I’m a new patient and was there for a standard cleaning. Nicki did a great job with my cleaning and xrays. Staff at front desk was courteous and friendly upon my arrival. Dr. Gilmer checked my teeth and is very personable. Great all around service that I would recommend to others.

I received a cleaning today by Briana. She went above and beyond in professionalism, service, and attitude! She paid special attention to fine details, took her time to ensure I felt no pain, and was completely thorough with the cleaning. She had a wonderful attitude, explained to me what she was doing at all times, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. It was very nice seeing DDS. Gilmer today ... As always, he was very nice, friendly, and professional! He's an excellent dentist!!! I would definitely recommend this business to others! From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home!

I wish I could give more stars. They did amazing with me and my 2 children. At one point we were all separated and I could hear my youngest laughing and counting during her cleaning. My eldest probably developed aspirations to become a hygienist (fingers crossed he keeps up with good brushing habits). The staff is patient and very welcoming. We hadn’t pulled out of the parking lot before the kids were asking when we would be returning.

Hygienist- fine, done all she could. But new dentist: heartless is all I know, going out of town for days and knowingly, leave a patient with an abscessed tooth and recommends to take Tylenol and ibuprofen and hopefully antibiotics will work before Monday- 5 days from now! I’m not a public person, ever! But I am worried about having a good dentist in crisis and left to suffer! I have been going to Dr.Gilmer for 23+ years , so I am not a new patient.

At first it seems like a dream of an office. Everyone is exceptionally nice, and the place is beautiful. But when it comes to pain, they simply don't care.
DO NOT expect any compassion of you're hurting because of their procedures. After yanking teeth out of your skull, they give you the equivalent of "walk it off". It was offensive and insulting to be treated less than an human with them giving you a pedantic speech about how you basically deserve to be in pain.
