Plenty of parking, I was greeted as I walked in, my wait time was less than 5 min. My visit was conducted quickly and efficiently but with no sense of being rushed. The hygienist and Doctor were easy to communicate with and check out a breeze!

My daughter felt very comfortable while getting work done today. She said she was scared but they kept asking if she was ok. That made her feel better and relaxed. Thanks for taking care of my sweet girl!

From my conversation and subsequent scheduled appointment with receptionist, to the completion of my root canal,they were very friendly and helpful. They bothered to take the time to explain procedures as they went along.
I’ve been through orthodontic care and many dental offices. Dr Friedmann, Jr. , his chairside manner, was calming. The proceedure was “easy”. I’ll be recommending them for sure and I’m not one to usually do that.

Wow!! What a pleasant experience!! Such great people, great service and quality dentistry!! I am a retired dental hygienist of almost 30 years. We just recently moved to Nashville. I took a chance on this office and could not be happier!! Dee the office manager was professional and nice as can be. Tracy the dental assistant was beyond awesome. Dr. Friedmann jr. was so kind, gentle and did a great job. I highly recommend this office!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I are new patients and we are already very happy with Hermitage Dental Group!! Dr. Friedmann is absolutely wonderful and I’m excited we found him! He makes me feel at ease and answers all questions!! Misty is wonderful too!! And I cannot forget Dee!! She really, really helped us with our financing issues/ questions!! The staff here are amazing. My Hygienist Katy was very gentle and my teeth looked amazing when she was complete. Dr. Friedman placed a couple of crowns for me and was very good. I didn't feel a thing. This office has earned my trust and that says a lot when dealing with dental work. Thanks to the Team for always providing a positive experience ya need it most.

I had my last cleaning and dental work just before moving from our home in Florida a little more than two years ago. With all the adjustments of a new career, loss of family members, acquired physical impairments (a couple requiring surgery), not to mention trying to avoid the COVID-19 virus and getting it anyway, and finding medical specialists for all my regular physical conditions, finding a dentist was just not at the top of my priority list.

Recently, my wife discovered she had a couple of abscesses and needed dental work right away. I believe someone recommended Hermitage Dental Group to her. They were very attentive to her needs. I, personally, have endured ten surgeries, many, many procedures, and many needles, not to mention routine lab work or donating blood. But, having experienced painful visits to the dentist as a young child, being mistreated by a dentist who specialized in the care of children (the staff acted one way in front of parents in the waiting room and another when they had you in the chair away from anyone who could witness anything), and, I guess, just having a sensitive mouth, I really didn’t have a plan to find a dentist right away.

Then, a couple weeks ago, I saw a picture of myself…and thought I looked pretty good for a man my age, but my teeth looked so yellow. I decided it was time to find someone so I could at least have my teeth cleaned.

My first appointment was this morning. Dee, the receptionist, is just about the warmest and friendliest person you could meet. Throughout my exam, x-rays, etc., everything was explained in detail. When Dr. Friedman came in, he was warm, friendly, and professional.I discovered I have a cracked tooth and needs a crown. (I may have been told that before I moved from Florida.)

I inquired about oral injections, etc., and I was quickly out at ease with the different methods they gave to make me less anxious and more comfortable. Feeling totally comfortable with the procedure to come, I made the appointment and am looking forward to having the problem corrected. I cannot remember a time I’ve felt comfortable with the thought of having someone work in my mouth. Hermitage Dental Group has my vote and they’ll ge caring for my dental needs as long as I live in this area. If you’re a grown-baby about dentists like I am, pay them a visit. You’ll be glad you did.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Friedman and his staff. Front office staff is always so helpful and courteous and willing to help you with anything, whether it be scheduling or payments. Everyone is so personable and you are not treated as you are just a number. They truly take interest into getting to know you and your family. Highly recommend!
