I definitely recommend Jackson Smiles! Went in for an examination and right from the start, the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Patel was both candid and courteous. My procedures thus far have been fast, hassle free, and painless! Very clean establishment too. Zero complaints from me, and I do look forward to visiting them again.

The staff which was retained after Dr. Cravens retired has always been pleasant to deal with and I'm glad they remained intact. I have two dental implants that were put in by Dr. Patel. It took a few months to complete the procedures on both teeth. However, I appreciate the time taken as it ensured the implant would be solidly installed. It has been over a year and a half since the implants were installed and I'm completely satisfied with them. If I need another tooth replaced, I will more than likely go for another implant by Dr. Patel.

Everyone there is so nice and personable, any initial anxiety quickly fades. I can honestly say that I get so relaxed, I could fall asleep, but Dr Patel works too fast. I've had nothing but great service with every visit, and can only commend them, because I don't have a single bad thing to point out. If I had to say something bad, it'd be that they don't give me a cupcake when I leave. ;)

I just recently had 5 filling done by Dr Neil Patel that I have been putting off for at least 8 years because previous dentists done such a bad job. I haft to say my fillings look amazing you cant even tell there was once cavities there. And on a very good note I didnt feel a thing. I have already told several family members to go see him. I'm so glad I have found a dentists I can stick with.
