Melissa is a wonderful hygienist. She is kind and remembers you even though it is every 6 months that I go in. Dr. Dean is great at watching issue spots and guiding you to what you should do. Great office. Appointment times are followed. They respect your time as a customer.

I had a bad dental experience when I first moved to Knoxville. I didn't go to the dentist for a couple of years because I was scared of having another bad experience. However, I had some problems; and after being referred to Dr. Dean by a co-worker I decided I would give him a try.
After simply speaking with the receptionist my anxiety started to diminish. My comfort level and trust in them increased as I met the hygenist for my cleaning and Dr. Dean for my exam. You sense their intelligence and experience level as everything is explained and shown to you. The office also has some pretty state of the art technology.
Dr. Dean referred me to an amazing Endodontist, and I returned to complete the rest of my treatment. I had a crown placed and multiple fillings. I have absolutely no complaints with the process or my results. I am 100% happy, so thankful I found this office and will refer anyone I know!

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I called as a new patient having pain and they got me in the next morning! They work around my schedule and don’t mind when I’m sleepy after working night shift. They called to check on me after having two crowns placed. I ended up needing to be referred for a root canal and they had everything set up for me. I absolutely love Dr Dean and all of the women who he works with!
