It's a terrible place . They hurt you just taking xrays badly. She dropped the xray thing on the floor and tried to just wipe it off and return it to my mouth, They have you where you can see other patients and hear them in a cubicle sort of place. It's assembly line type of care. He was going back and forth between patients, not working on one at a time. I heard another woman complaining about how many times she has had to come back to get dentures that fit and look decent Then after all that this "inexpensive" placeI quoted me an astronomical fee of 8,100.00 .(after my 877.00 dollar discount she bestowed upon me) to fix 3 teeth and give me a deep cleaning. I have now gone to a new dentist who is gentle , sees only me at a time, in a room not a cubicle, and is ony charging me 2,000.00,

Staff helpful humorous. Put me at ease. I was also somewhat sick. Helps when people understand. Dr very explanatory. Knowledgeable. My suggestion would be to. Lower your prices closer to your community. My other suggestion would be to take a day like so many dental practices have started to give back to your community by having a day once a yr at least for teeth cleaning or whatever thank you. Aspen Dental has been a great place for my family's dental needs. They have worked with me on scheduling multiple appointments last minute. Jakie and Elisabeth are very helpful! The Dentist and Staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The Griffith family has found a great dentist and we would not go any where else.

I called Aspen dental in Lebanon with a bad dental situation. I had an appointment within 24 hours. The staff were wonderful. They worked out a plan to save me from being toothless at a 50th anniversary..(not mine)

Went there last year for a filling repair. Was up-sold for other procedures. The filling repair broke less than a day later. Went in to get it fixed. It broke a week later, after my insurance was lost at the end of the year. I also paid my balance in full upon leaving. Got a bill later stating I owed $20. I called, complained and was told not to worry about it. Today I got a letter from a collections company collecting on their behalf. It's not that $20 is a lot, but it is the principle of the matter. I won't go there for service if they were the last dentist office on earth. Wish I could give them 0 out of 5 stars.

The office manager (kaitlyn, I believe) is great. She went out of her way to call after my visit upon finding out that I was unhappy with the results of my front tooth repair, done by a dentist that soon after moved.
They got me in quickly at no charge, re did my filling & made sure I was happy with the results.
The new dentist that I saw (Dr. Watts) was quite cordial, respectful & gentle. He asked how I was doing during the procedure & made sure I felt no pain. He was exceptionally good at giving the novacaine. I barely felt it (which from my experience is unusual, especially on a front tooth).
I will return for additional work. They have a judgement free policy, which is commendable.

Office manager lied to me telling me they could loose there license if they did anything to me before I did the treatment they recommended. She never told me what stage the periodontal disease was in. Was never shown on the x-rays that I have it. It sounds to me like a high pressure sales tactic. Never saw the dental hygienist!!! I was just shown a generic consultation worksheet with estimated costs not a word of what work needed to be done or any notes... At the time I said I did not want this she said we are done here they can't do any thing else for me until this is done.
I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company.

They fixed a tooth that wasn't even their fault the filling came out.The new dentist is great. Had a better experience with this visit. They also informed me about filling my dentist from a few years ago use silver filling instead of porcelain. Too bad I just found out my old dentist office in KY is no longer open so can't have the explanation I want for that. At least this place is looking after their clients.
