I was highly displeased and disappointed this appointment. I only had two or three appointments here. This appointment, I had a new dental hygienist. The room was extremely cold and I’m hot nature. She proceeded to clean my teeth. While completing my cleaning, I informed her how rough she. Instead of being sympathetic, her statement was, “ You have a lot of build up”. I understood that but she could have been more gentle especially since I have anxiety at the dentist. This has been explained. She continued to clean my teeth and I informed her how she was hurting me. Her attitude was nonchalant and she didn’t try to ease up. When she flosses my teeth, she explained to me how I should floss, I felt like she was hanging on my gums. My gums were so tender and inflamed with pain. I have never experienced such pain in my life. I repeatedly inform her she was extremely rough. She ignored my complaint. I informed the dentist but he said it’s necessary.

The name says it all! EXCELLENCE all the way around! The whole vibe of this office is levels beyond any other dental office I’ve been to. The entire staff is amazing. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The hygienists are thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The dental assistants have such calming and peaceful demeanors that will surely ease any anxieties you might have about going to the dentist! Dr. Lindsey is such an awesome dentist and one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet!
