I had an appointment yesterday at Dental Excellence. The entire staff was wonderful, my hygienist was so knowledgeable and helpful, and Dr Cooner is so nice!

This dental group is very nice. Dr.Lindsey has always been professional, knowledgeable, and warm. His hygienists show the same character. The people that work here truly care about your well being and want you to have a healthy smile. They’ve been very patient and non-judgmental with me as I’ve had to cancel cleanings on many occasions while my life was going through job changes, school, family health issues, and the like. I have no plans to change where I receive my dental cleanings. I trust that if I have any issues in the future, they’ll be able to care for me with compassion just like they always have. I highly recommend them. P.S. They’ve always followed strict cleaning, so following sanitization protocols for COVID has been no issue for them.

Office has nice atmosphere. Always greeted me like family. Dental assistant cheerful, keep you entertained while doing the surgical like cleaning. Follows all the protocols. Has good conversation the whole time. The office music makes me want to fall asleep. The dentist is the best and been for years.

I usually have a very good experience at my appointments, but my tech was distracted and kept wetting up my face. It happens, we all have bad days. But the thing that disturbed me the most was that I didn’t have enough money on my account for my visit, and instead of being notified up front so that I could make the decision to go forth or reschedule, I was only advised at the end of the appointment! So now I have a balance for a cleaning I could have scheduled when my insurance renewed.

The staff was welcoming and warm. The hygienist was AMAZING carefully and thoroughly taking my dental history. Dr Lindsey was AWESOME!!! An amazing bed side manner, so knowledgeable, and considerate of his patient's needs. I highly recommend Dental Excellence to anyone looking for a superior dental office!
