Very unorganized and the staff is very rude! This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been too. I set up a appointment for my daughter for 9:30am and I sat there for hours until I was finally seen. The doctor here is very unprofessional would not recommend!

I like the fact that they come and get my kids, but what i will not do is tolerate folks smoking around my kids. They came home tonight telling me that the driver was smoking on the van while bringing them home tonight. I called the office, but got no answer I will be calling back in the morning.

Their cleanings are quick. I wish they would take more time. When it comes to getting work done, the are A1!! They doctors and nurses are wonderful! They take the time to explain in detail what's going on.
Also, they come and pick the kids up from home, daycare and/or school and will drop them off! This is especially useful for the parents who live out east like I do!

My child was picked up from school at ten a.m. She didn't get home until five thirty. Way to many hours spent outta School that day waiting for a driver. No my kids will not return to this facility. I will take my kids elsewhere. With responsible people and transportation. Don't trust folks with my kids and the dentist has shown me why. Never again Mrs Trina sorry but sorry not.

There was one lady who made sure she was kind and as helpful as possible continueously apologizing for the wait and offering water and coffee. The people were fairly nice but the place was verrrrryyy unprofessional. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. I spent a hour waiting not because there were patients being seen but because staff were not there on time. I was literally the only patient in there from what I seen. When I did get seen the cleaning was literally 5 minutes tops. Sadly I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 3 years but take pretty good care of my teeth and I’m one of many who fails to floss often. With that I know that I have build up and was ready and excited to get a cleaning. They cleaned between my bottom 2 front teeth and that was all and then cleaned with fluoride very quickly. They offered to do my fill ins the same day and I said sure. I asked how long it would take one of the nice ladies said 20 minutes I said ok. I asked how long was the wait before being seen and she said the other patients weren’t there so I could be seen right away. Well the person that does the fill ins WAS NOT THERE ! I waited for a few minutes and decided to leave. The people there seemed nice but the place is not ran well, not organized, and not professional.
