I would like to thank everybody at Gateway Family Dentistry. For all the hard work they put in. Making me feel comfortable in getting work done on my mouth.. I love my New Dentist and will continue on going here in the near future. I want to thank “April” that works the front desk. Who was very helpful in going over my payment plans. I had an emergency come up and I needed to see a dentist right away. I called and they got me in on the same day. When I arrived I explained that I was very nervous and really didn't want to be there but they changed all that for me. I have had bad experiences with dental treatment and they made me feel comfortable. They follow all the guidelines for COVID. The staff is a very caring, supportive, friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend everyone to come here for all your dental needs.

My first visit to Gateway was very helpful and thorough. The staff was amazing, so kind and courteous to me and helped my anxiety about the dentist to be able to relax while I was there. They went over everything with me very thoroughly and came up with a good treatment plan for me going forward. So appreciative of Chelsea and Dr Carrera for their kindness and help!

The staff are unbelievably amazing!! Literally, came and held my hands during my procedure!! Hands down the best office I’ve ever been in! Dr. Rachel and her staff are so down to earth and have went out of their way, every time to ensure I’m comfortable and happy with my new smile!

I highly enjoy visiting this dentist office every six months for cleanings. My hygienist is the best! Cyndi genuinely cares about oral health and her patients! Dr. Erwin is kind, honest, and professional. I recommend getting your next cleaning here! Also had two cavities filled and it was easy breezy!

First time going to the dentist in TN, coming from MI and having a Mom that worked as a dental assistant her entire career, and I have to say Gateway felt like family! The office is very clean and looks lovely inside. The staff was extremely friendly. I was able to get my husband and I both in on same day cancellations. My hygienist was amazing and Dr. Patel was great. The ladies made our first experience perfect!

I LOVE this dental office! I started experiencing pain from my wisdom teeth when I called the office. The receptionist that answered the phone, April, was very prompt, professional, and willing to help get me in as soon as possible. The compassionate care, patience, and the clear explanation of my dental plan is what will keep me coming back!

My wife scheduled her and I appointments, which to our surprise we got in same day due to some last minute cancellations. After growing up in dental offices my whole life and being new to the Murfreesboro area, I felt extremely welcome and at home at Gateway. The girls were great, Cindy was super gentle with my cleaning, and Dr. Patel was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. There was no pressure for added services or must need now treatments and I felt great leaving our new dentist! Definitely recommend the team!

It is with pleasure that I write about my experience at Gateway Family Dentistry. You see, I am (was) a very apprehensive person about going to the dentist. The thought of it brought on severe anxiety, rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath. After years of having the same dentist, until his retirement. I had several experiences with dentists that were horrible. I was a basket case upon arriving to Gateway Family Dentistry. Dr. Erwin and her staff were extremely professional, friendly and competent. I found her extremely knowledgeable, most professional, and sensitive to my concerns. I felt immediately at ease as Dr. Erwin discussed my treatment options at length and laid out a plan, both dental and financial. This was a big decision, but I knew that I was in GREAT hands with Dr. Erwin. I knew on my first visit I made the right choice. Dr. Erwin sat with me and explained in detail the areas that needed immediate attention. Over the course of a year, Dr. Erwin has corrected numerous problems including several root canals and crowns. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results of Dr. Erwin's wonderful work. She meticulously prepared my teeth, advising me of each step, and worked tirelessly for the best creative solution.
Dr. Erwin and her staff have gone out of their way to make every visit comfortable and as stress-free as possible.
Dr. Erwin only uses the best material and takes her time with every project. If it is an examination, implants, root canal, or fillings, you get the same attention no matter what.
Dr. Erwin's warm personality and her skilled personnel helped add trust to the doctor-patient relationship.
I feel extremely lucky to have found such a kind and competent dentist. I am grateful to Dr. Erwin and her entire staff.
