I was seen at this dentist office because I needed to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted. From the VERY first conversation I had with the receptionist Jamie, I knew I would be cared for here. She went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service (some of the best I've experienced, honestly). The check in was a breeze and Jamie was equally as pleasant in person. My wait was very short, the assistant and dental surgeon made sure that I and my mother (who was to drive me home) understood the post op directions before they began surgery. The anesthesiologist was extremely nice and efficient and so was the dental assistant! They were quick but, I didn't feel rushed. Then, at the end, the dental assistant wheeled me to the car and buckled me in. The only reaso Dr. Carter didn't finish wheeling me out is because the assistant offered to take over. I would 100% come here again!

This place is completely FRAUD. If you so much as go in for a simple teeth cleaning, they will tell you that you need thousands of dollars of work done. And will attempt to scare you into getting it all started the same day. Save yourself the time/money and just walk out. They tried to talk me into a very expensive deep cleaning and two crowns during my visit. I said no, and went to a more trusted dentist for a second opinion. He was absolutely shocked that they wanted to do crowns and suggested a regular teeth cleaning. These crooks are all about the $$$, and it’s at the expense of your own teeth. Not to mention, they did quite a few unnecessary X-rays for a simple teeth cleaning. And then “didn’t have time to do the teeth cleaning” after I said no to all of the expensive work.

Dr. Giles-Paul and her team are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and really make you feel comfortable and at ease with your dentist visits. I really appreciate the office for working with me on a payment plan for my root canal. They really make sure their patients are taken care of. They even gave me a comfy blanket while I was getting my root canal!

I would avoid this place at all costs. They botched a crown for me, which was painful in itself. The temporary crown was supposed to last months, but came loose the next day. The permanent crown didn’t make it a complete year. I’m now using another provider to correct their poor craftsmanship. Expensive mistakes, a crown should have a life span of 10 years. My new dentist is great, enlightened me on how a lot of practices like this one push unnecessary procedures, mostly because you can’t verify and won’t get a second opinion. This is the second review I’ve ever done, so it was that bad to make me leave a review. Hopefully someone reads this and chooses another dentist.
