The technician that I had seemed very knowledgeable and explained the procedures she was doing and why. Carly at the front desk is always cordial and friendly. Brian Devine knows his stuff and my family of seven have been going to him for years and think he is great.

This practice took over my TMJ doctor's practice. My TMJ treatment had been paid for in full ($13k), which included multiple follow up appointments. Dr. Devine refuses to honor those appointments unless I pay out of pocket, even though I already had appointments scheduled that have been paid for.
When you take over a business, you should honor the appointments that a treatment plan, that has been paid in full, covers. When I spoke with them on the phone, I was told that six month follow up appointments were being honored but 12 month appointments were not. The appointment that they canceled for me was a six month follow up appointment. There was no true explanation for this other than "Dr. Devine doesn't find this appointment necessary" - I was so disappointed as I've been experiencing major TMJ flare-up symptoms for the last three months and unfortunately can not afford to pay out of pocket for an appointment at this practice, and my treatment plan has already been paid for in full which originally included a six month and 12 month follow up appointment.

This practice is staffed by such caring individuals. I’ve had the opportunity to be treated by 2 of the 3 dentists (Drs. Devine and Orr) and their expertise is impressive. The same can be said for all of the staff!

Dr. Mack and the entire staff are wonderful and a lot of fun to work with. I had a crown pop off two nights ago and they were able to squeeze me in yesterday to get it recemented and because of a cancellation get a cleaning as well. Highly recommend this team!

Look folks, you need to visit the dentist from time to time, and these people know what they're doing and they know how to do it. Friendly, professional and accommodating. There aren't enough stars to signify how much I appreciate having Devine and colleagues taking care of my choppers.

Okay guys, I'm a Michigan native and moved to Nashville nearly 4 years ago, refusing to find a new dentist and just continue going back and forth to MI (not a smart move, all in all).
Finally I broke down and asked my boss who I trust about who she goes to; she has been going to Devine with her daughter for years. Well, if my boss trusted Devine with her daughter, that earned a solid seal for me.
That recommendation is probably one of the best ones I've ever taken, and I'm grateful every time I need to get my teeth taken care of because this staff is hilarious, warm, courteous, friendly, helpful, professional, they know their stuff, seriously, I can't stop praising them, I absolutely love the way they operate their business and treat each other and their patients.
If you need a new dentist and aren't sure where to go, PLEASE get yourself over to Devine, they are brilliant folks (hey, for those of you scared of the dentist, they are very gentle, your gums are in good hands).
