Stein Dental Care

Great experience at Stein Dental Care! One of the best cleanings I have had in years. Loved their Hygienist. She did an amazing job! Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

My experience- Last Saturday my 12 year old son was playing in the snow and broke his entire front tooth all the way to where the nerves were exposed and it was bleeding. My 12 year old has terrible anxiety issues and self esteem issues that we are working on. He was in excruciating pain and it was 7pm on a Saturday!! I googled emergency dental and a few came up, I called, no answers. Thought about doing an at home remedy however I think we were past that.... so I googled again and I found Dr. Stein’s number. I was an hour away from his office. I called anyways to be hopeful. After speaking with Dr.Stein he agreed to meet me at his office at 8:30pm on a Saturday!! We drove to the office and met Griselda and Dr.Stein. They were so friendly, kind, and professional. Dr.Stein was able to save my son's tooth and immediately able to stop the pain. We are so grateful for Dr.Stein and Griselda! They definitely came through and saved the night! By the time we left, my anxious wailing 12 year old went from being hysterically upset and scared to cracking jokes with his brother and laughing the whole way home. Long story short, my kids have a new dentist now and they love him! My son also told me that when Dr.Stein worked on his tooth that he didn’t feel any pain, he didn’t even feel the needle (for the numbing medicine) go in his gum. We are blessed and grateful for Dr.Stein and Griselda! I would say he has to be the best dentist I’ve ever met, they are such amazing people and I’ve bragged to everyone about them!

Dear Grizellda, I am writing to provide a review for Dr. Stein. I will start by saying I cannot say enough about how much I value my teeth. I didn’t get the good teeth genes. The very first time I went to Dr. Stein, I was in terrible pain. I had called my dentist of many many years, at 7 AM in the morning, and they said they could not see me until later that afternoon. When I called Dr. Stein, they told me to come on immediately. I wouldn’t be writing if not to tell you that from then on Dr. Stein took more than excellent care of me. As an example, the last time I needed a root canal at my former dentist, I was told he could not perform it and he sent me to Brentwood, from Green Hills, to what I think was a dental school, where a couple of very young people tried desperately to make a machine work, and when they couldn’t they x-rayed my face more than 30 times that morning, to make sure the depth was correct. It was a nightmare. Dr. Stein is a real doctor. If you’re really in trouble he won’t be sending you someplace else to get help. And if you really care about your teeth, like I do, you should never miss a cleaning with Minira. And since dental work is not free, Dr. Stein sat with me on multiple occasions with a whiteboard and a marker in his hand explaining to me why the costs were what they were and what I would be getting for my money, and what were my options to pay for it. If you’re really in trouble, nobody has to walk away from Dr. Stein‘s office without relief. Anyway like I said at the beginning I can’t say enough so I will stop here. Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but I do like Dr. Stein! Sincerely. Gary Cannizzo.

Very comfortable , family like atmosphere 💙Ive always been scared of dentist but Dr. Stein & all of his staff there made me feel very comfortable , welcomed & at ease. Everything was explained to me step by step , every question I asked was answered professionally. Dr. Stein was very gentle & thorough , as well. Going here was a great decision & I will definitely be coming bk if / when I ever need a dentist again !

I absolutely love Dr. Stein and staff. His office was able to get me In on a day that no one else could and I am extremely grateful and happy that he did. He was very efficient and made sure to explain everything to me on top of being extremely gentle. I would absolutely recommend his office to anyone in need of some dental work.

The staff and Dr Stein have been so amazing - I had a dental emergency and I called 10 dentists on a Saturday even ones who had Saturday hours and everyone denied me that day due to me not being a current patient. Stein Dental Care fit me in and treated me so great. Everyone is so pleasant here and Dr Stein has done great work for me so far. I now drive from Franklin to go there; they have my business!

Menira, the hygienist, was very thorough and gentle. She made me feel calm and we had a laugh about some of the crazy things in life this year. It’s great to be able to go to the dentist and not feel like you’re being judged and poked and prodded. I work in the front office, but experiencing what happens in the back has made me appreciate our office even more! I’ve had dentists who don’t care about their patients or remember me when I visit...I’ve never seen the office not remember their patients because they’re like family.
