I love that our girls have a wonderful dentist. Dr. Dowlern is so kind and takes time to visit with them and make them feel comfortable. The office staff is amazing. They are always cheerful and helpful. At our last visit I had a sleeping baby in the car and they were kind enough to allow us to stay in the car and they came to the car when it was time for the girls to go back, with questions, and when their visits were over. We had a bad experience with two other dental groups and we feel blessed to have found Dental Group of Amarillo.

Made an apt and today was the only day I could go to the dentist for the next 2 weeks. Spoke to someone in the insurance department 3 times before today’s apt only to find out before a needed procedure that as of January 1, they would be out of network with my insurance. Wast of time for them and me. I should have been notified as soon as I made the apt.

My hygienist was really sweet, she asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to, and made me feel very comfortable. I like the fact that I am sent emails and text to remind me of my visits. Very pleasurable experience, as much as it can be at the dentist office. I will definitely recommend To my friends.

All of the staff were very kind ,professional yet still made you feel like a friend . The actual dentist the pulled a tooth took time to make sure I understood what was going on as well as making sure i was as comfortable as poasible,

Broke a tooth while visiting Amarillo. This office was able to schedule me in on their short day before Thanksgiving.
The staff and Dr were absolutely awesome to deal with. They provided my needed care and explained in detail every step they went thru.
I may have ‘stumbled’ on them in an emergency situation but I will definitely make the 2 hour drive to use this facility in the future. Highly recommended!!!
Update: Have used this same facility and Dr since my original post in November 2018. Still awesome facility and staff!!!!! (05-10-21)
