I have not been to the dentist in many years due to an unfriendly experience at my last dentist office! I was a little apprehensive about going because I knew my teeth were not in good shape. I am glad that I chose to give Dr. Jim Lam at Anthony Smiles Dental a call. The office staff were very friendly and helped with insurance coverage. Turns out I needed a little bit of work. Mr. Luis Gardea did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Jim Lam took care of my cavities. They were kind and answered all of my questions. I liked the experience so much, I made my next dental cleaning appointment!

Dr. Lam has been treating my mother for a short period of time, however in that time he and his staff have offered amazing care. I commend them for being attentive, respectful and sympathetic. My mother struggles with going to the dentist, however their ease and urgency to schedule have facilitated the process for her. The Staff and Dr. Lam are great. After a short prep, with a terrible toothache, Dr. Lam evaluated me and identified my issues. I have some distrust of dentists and am so happy Dr. Lam takes the time to make sure I understand what we’re dealing with and show me evidence. He, Luis, and others were great. I’m at $2300, and will send an update. Five stars so far and putting a smile on my face! Literally!

I been coming here for a while now and I will say that they have one of the friendliest staffs I have ever encountered especially Paola she helped me with so much! And helped explain everything so well. On the other hand Dr. Lam is easy to talk to and work with! Everything is well explained before it’s done! And is done nice and neatly! I’ve always had a bad experience when going to the dentist but I’m so glad I was able to discover this office! The staff is very inviting and friendly! They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule in such short notice and was seen right away! Talk about effective! I’ve had multiple appointments since then. And Paola was so nice and has such a gentle hand. She talked me through each step of the process of what she was doing so I knew what was happening. I leave the chair pain-free and happy!
