I have been going to Dr.La for years and I love the way they treat people once you walk in till you leave. Dr.La and the staff are wonderful. I've never had a bad experience at his office. They don't try to charge you more for any service that is done at the time of the visit. One vidit and you won't go anywhere else.

Good service, but every single time we have been there are billing issues. I won't go back. Even though you pay up front, pay attention to your insurance EOB that you will receive in the mail. This shows exactly what THEY paid, and what YOU should pay. Every visit we have to request a refund, and every time they try to say you don't need one, but if your receipt and the EOB amount for your portion don't match~ YOU overpaid and are fully entitled to the difference. That's why you have insurance, to reduce their rates and make sure you pay a set fee. They are obligated under their contract with your insurance provider to bill according to their contracted rates. Luckily, I work in the medical insurance and billing field, so I made sure to get every dime we were owed, and it was more than just a couple hundred dollars. That's a lot of money to just give away. The first time it was over $300 and I had to go in person, to show them exactly what my insurance sent me, what I paid to them, and literally do the math before their eyes to get my refund.

So I had excruciating pain at 5 in the morning and I was able to call in at 7am and make appointment at 8am! They were quick and got the job done I wasn’t even in the office for an hour! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! Dr. James and sinthia was amazing!!!

Cracked a tooth and developed a horrible canker sore on sunday night. Went to his website and requested an appt asap with a brief description of my issue and believe it or not Dr. La himself called my at 930pm on a Sunday night to tell me himself that he would be waiting for me the next morning when they open. Talk about service. Hands down he is the best.
