We are new to Austin and had not found a dentist yet. We found Brushy Creek Dentistry on Instagram and had our first appointment shortly after. I took my two children ages 5 and 3 for a cleaning and exam and I could not have been happier with our experience. Dr. Brandon Johnson was so kind and patient with my kids. My son has anxiety when it comes to the dentist’s office and Dr. Johnson was so understanding. He slowed everything down, reassured my son and gave him time to calm down before he continued the exam. Any mother could appreciate that! Dr. Johnson spoke to my kids about everything that he was going to do and he did not dumb down his language for them, rather he spoke matter of factly and I appreciated that. He provides true informed consent and ASKED permission before touching my kids or doing any procedure. This gets a gold star in my book! All the other staff was so lovely and kind. And their office is gorgeous and clean! I am so glad to have found our family dentist!

The staff is amazing. They will schedule you as quickly as they can and accommodate your payment preferences. I have dental anxiety, and they made me feel totally calm and even encouraged me to play music on my phone to keep me calm! Highly recommend.

Dr. Haddock made me feel very comfortable. I have been terrified of going to the dentist since i was a kid (terrified of state medicaid dentists in childhood that dont numb all the way). Her bedside manner was great. I was never in pain like i thought i was going to be. She asked if i wanted a break multiple times to make sure i was OK. We were there after 5 pm today for my dental work and she was pleasant the entire time. She is a compassionate person and never made me feel embarrassed or worried. She is thorough and positive and creates a good atmosphere. I have an appointment next week and i feel much more comfortable knowing she will be there. I'm not as scared now.

The staff is super friendly, and Dr. Brandon is a super cool, very knowledgeable and caring individual. Easy to talk to, and will help you out when you need it. Gives it to you straight, but is very humble about it, making the dentist a not so crazy experience.

My visit recently was very nice. April was courteous when explaining what she was doing in the process, and compassionate when advising me on the areas I needed to improve on. The front staff is courteous, and of course, no appointment could be complete if I didn't have Dr. Haddock to share her comical spirit which always leaves me smiling.
