From the moment Daniel the receptionist answered the phone I could tell I was in good Hands. He helped me get the information I needed to make an informed decision on what procedures I needed. Thanks Daniel! Also my Two Dentist that helped me with my cleaning and fillings were very courteous and made me feel comfortable. Even the assistants were top notch and stayed late to make sure my dentistry went well. Thanks again so much.

I’ve been coming here for my son since he was 6 months old. He is almost 5 now. I came here for myself and for my daughter since she was 6 months old and she is almost 2 now. The number one thing I can say about this place is that everything about it is amazing. The staff are absolutely wonderful, appointments are extremely easy to make, they are reasonably priced, accept most insurances, and I’ve never had any complaints about this place. I’ve moved out of town and still made 2 hour trips just to come here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The absolute worst experience. I was scheduled to have two wisdom teeth removed on January 24 2020 at 1:30, they didnt get me in till 7:00. I paid for the procedure in full and they told me they would submit the bill to my insurance company so I would be refunded. And almost a year later they still haven't submitted my bill. I have called every other day, all year trying to get them to submit the bill and they still haven't. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Smilepoint dental. In fact I would strongly recommend you not go. Absolutely the worst

Very pleasant experience at the dentist today. I had gone for x-rays and a full dental exam consultation . Dr. Shereen took the time to explain everything. The entire office staff is very friendly I'll definitely be going back.They have reasonable prices,best prices you find that will suit your budget.:)

Smilepoint Dental stepped in for me at a time when we needed them most. Everyone there were so nice and friendly, and the office was cozy and clean.They were a complete lifesaver. Our current dentist was closed due to storm Imelda. I found them in the nick of time. My son had an immediate emergency that could not wait. Thanks to the excellent staff at Smilepoint my son is now back to his happy self again. He looks and feels confident as ever. Dr. Z. did an awesome job, and Ms. Lala made sure my son was comfortable by talking with him throughout his treatment. Oh, not to mention she went the extra mile by hotspotting a movie for him the entire time. Way to go Smilepoint! I think I may now have a change of heart.

My first visit was today. I went in to see if I could get an appt as a new patient. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me right away, in fact not only were they taking new pt's but they were able to see me right then! I filled out new pt forms and was called to the back. The wait was not long at all, less than 15 min. I was able to have x ray and exam done along with consultation including treatment plan and pricing. The staff's customer service was excellent! The dentist explained everything and answered my questions. The building was neat and clean and smelled wonderful like home candles. Awesome service. Excellent first impression.

The wait was a little long for our first visit and had some initial complications (Wife has had 11 days of pain in teeth after having a filling) However, the male dentist here has done a thorough follow up for her care which has improved confidence that this can be resolved.
